Chelsea 1-0 Tottenham | HIGHLIGHTS | Premier League 2024/25

Well, here's Jackson. An early chance for him, a very early chance for him. Oh, he's come off the post! What an extraordinary sequence of events, less than a minute in. It's not an effort, really. He's just trying to get it under control. And then the ricochet, very nearly taking it into the Tottenham net. Here's Palmer. Oh, lovely cut across the face of goal. Is it going to go in? Almost. Offenso Fernandes. Again, it's vaguely calamitous defending from Tottenham, but it's just about kept the ball out of the net. Another good ball over Koukourea's head, it came for Sancho! And the goalkeeper made an excellent save to keep it at nil-nil. Just as the ball hung in the air there, he didn't know where it was going to drop, but it's behind the net rather than into it. Floated. Enzo Fernandes! The power and in for 1-0 Chelsea. Perfect start to the second half. The captain on target and the Blues ahead in the big one. He just goes in behind Van de Ven, completely unopposed, and meets it firmly and true into the roof of the net. It's a brilliant header. Solanke, that's not a bad ball. Brennan Johnson's no slouch and he's got it across the sun and Sanchez has denied him. Oh, just for a second, those first supporters behind the goal were thinking it was going to be 1-1. Fourteenth minute of stoppage time, but that is that. It's three points, but it's so much more than that. It's a return to the top four. It's a double over Spurs again. It's a fifth consecutive win in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge. But it's victory over Tottenham.
