Inside the Ultimate Ocean-View Luxury Residence | Home Tour Like Never Before

Good afternoon everybody. Welcome to a very sunny afternoon here in the heart of Uluwatu. We're located only 80 meters away from the beach and I'm about to show you guys one of Uluwatu's finest four-bedroom villa and a studio with one bedroom in it guys. So my name is Yuki with Bali Tech Tour and you guys will be stunned by the end of this video so stay tuned all the way. Now with that said let's go and check it out. Welcome into summer Ulu guys. One of Uluwatu's most finest four-bedroom and one-bedroom studio villa here on the Bukit Peninsula and looking back here I'm just baffled already you know the facade is just tremendous. They really put their time into designing this to become as perfect as possible and I'm in a peaceful neighborhood of Uluwatu. Uluwatu Beach is just 80 meters down that way and yeah with that said I think we should just jump straight into it. We got a lot to cover so come follow me. Alright guys now as I'm stepping in here you know I don't really need to do a lot of talking. The villa speaks for itself honestly. The way the facade looks you can tell they really put in their time into designing this as I've mentioned before. So right over here we have an 18.5 meter long swimming pool with four daybeds on the side and lots of greenery around as well. Here you see trees, gardens, lots of greenery space here and you know it's very open concept with dark wood, dark colors also incorporated in it and one thing to mention that's notable as well is as you can see there there's an ice bath right. Very rarely you see ice baths in a villa but this one has and especially on hot days like this where I'm just in the sun a lot doing shoots that ice bath could come in very handy but sadly I cannot go in that yet because I have to tour this villa for you guys which I'm very excited to do. So with that said let's go and check out the living room area. Alright guys moving forward from where we were just at lies a six seater dining table outdoors and also a seating area here outdoors as well. So best time to be here would be 5 to 6 pm just when the sun sets. The sun sets right on the west side over there so it's a perfect way to get some evening sun. Alright now moving forward guys here we have the main living room area. Now this living room area is very very spacious with a gorgeous black pillars here as you can see and also a ceiling here covered completely in teak wood. So there's a lot of teak wood here as you saw in the facade there. Many many incorporations of wood from the furniture as well but right behind me you see a living room area couch mostly with beautiful decorations beautiful nightlights and also speaker right there Marshall speaker and also one thing to note is that this whole living room space is enclosable so when does get too hot midday you can easily close them blast the AC that you see right here and enjoy your time. Okay moving forward to the 10 seater dining table here you have beautiful pendant lights that come down on a string here from the ceiling and yeah you could host lots of people have grander dinners and yeah let's move forward to the kitchen area. Okay guys moving forward into the kitchen area you know it's nothing short of beautiful that would be an understatement it's simple modern it looks luxurious and it's just an amazing space to be in you know cooking here must feel like a luxury because everything here is so conveniently stored you know you have lots of cabinets here with wooden finishings very conveniently placed spacious nonetheless with all the necessities you'll ever need in a kitchen area they're nice enough to serve us infused water because it does tend to get very very hot coffee maker pretty much all the essentials as well they got a plate of fruits before we go ahead and check out the bedrooms guys there's one thing I missed about this kitchen area and that is this mini wine cellar here now right in front of me here we have andesite stone covering the walls it matches very well and it blends very well with the teakwood ceilings that we see up here and also has a slight slant upwards which makes it very beautiful looking at it from the exterior and the interior okay now with that said let's go and check out the first bedroom here we are in the first bedroom so just outside the first bedroom here you have a hallway that has a guest bathroom and also storage room now inside here what you'll see is rattan furniture wardrobe to be exact and also a king-size bed with beautiful nightstands and nightlights as well and also beautiful decorations and again this teakwood finishings on the ceiling with an ensuite bathroom right in front of me as well so let's go and check that out all right welcome into the ensuite bathroom of the first bedroom now this bathroom is actually very very unique and I'm pretty sure the other bathrooms are also beautiful as well and the reason I say it's really nice is because of this marble countertop on the sink here double sink with a huge mirror also moving forward here we have the double shower with marble on the wall and yellowstone right here also glass panel allowing natural light to flow through and a little pocket garden right here which I think is just amazing so all in all bedroom area 10 out of 10 for me let's move on to the next one all right guys we're gonna make our way into the second bedroom but before we do that I want you guys to notice this wooden finishing on the wall here it's very very nice that they've incorporated lots and lots of wood making the area feel so much more vibrant am i right so come on over here here is where the second bedroom is placed completely identical to the one we just saw before but just different placements in the ensuite bathroom as well so completely the same and moving forward here into the third bedroom and that's going to be down at the studio right here so come and follow me so the studio is actually not a part of the actual villa it's a it's a completely different unit but if they want to be rented out as one that's possible as well but I think what they're doing now is they're being rented out separately hence the different entrance over there so here we are inside nonetheless very urban design beautiful to say the least here is the entrance but before we do that I want to show you guys this outdoor kitchen right here that people could use you know when they feel like cooking something you know very simple straight to the point has all the necessities you need and a fridge as well over here tons of greenery on the side and also it's completely closable as well you know to prevent dust and everything from coming in really close it off and yeah it just binds very very well so come on over and follow me this is the main entrance into the studio once again beautiful spacious incorporated so much you know simple furniture makes the areas feel very very vibrant tropical pretty much everything you'll ever need in a vacation rental home so the designers really went all out and took their time and was really really tedious in picking out furniture designing this whole space and yeah you have a 35 inch tv here as well on a comfortable couch and also the queen size bed right over there right so great space has an ensuite bathroom as well a pool with two day beds so great space overall and yeah let's keep the tour going here we are guys in the ground floor bedroom one of the first bedrooms that we encounter as we enter from the front gate over there right what makes this floor super unique is the fact that it has a mini library and a cinema room here to my left you have the mini library here with gorgeous artifacts once again and also a 50 inch tv with a large couch right over here which i just have to lay on relax and turn on my favorite netflix show and the bedroom is just across from where i'm looking at and we're going to go and check that out right now okay guys here we are in the ground floor bedroom now this bedroom is uh has a similar design to the other bedrooms we have seen but the only difference is it doesn't have an ensuite bathroom but the design is top notch once again king size bed uh gorgeous nightstands with night lights beautiful decorations seating area here and if you come and follow me we have the bathroom on this floor right over the right side as we enter from the main door here we are in the ground floors bathroom guys you know the classic design same ones we've seen on the other bathrooms is that they have this white marble and also a huge mirror right over here and also the toilet and the shower area covered in white marble as well all right guys now that we have this area covered we're going to go and check out the master bedroom you guys are going to be shocked by this one because it has a tremendous design and it has such a beautiful stunning breathtaking marvelous look to it right so this is one of the entrances into the ground floor we have stairs going up and more sets of stairs also leading to the master bedroom and yeah come follow me okay as we make our way on to the third floor area to the left you can see a huge mirror uh artifacts also decorations and also a wooden grill finishing on the ceiling here allowing tons of natural light to flow through which i think is just amazing now as we enter the master bedroom this has to be by far one of my favorite bedrooms any of the villas i've ever toured right you have a cabinet here drawers right here and also a cabinet where they have artifacts and decorations which make the you know room feel so much more vibrant now come here we are in the villa's master bedroom and the reason i love this bedroom so so much is because we have an ocean view from this huge sliding glass door which i'm looking at right now and you guys have to be here in person to really see how beautiful this is not only that this room has a tremendously simple but still beautiful nonetheless design right with a king-size bed gorgeous lampede lights here uh nightstands a couch overlooking the view as well and also a seating area with a monitor placed over there where you could plug your pc or a laptop in to do your work and stuff and moving forward we have the bathroom as well the ensuite bathroom which we will go and check out right now so this is my first time seeing it in person and i didn't expect it to be this beautiful but it's just i mean i'm just speechless you know here we are in the master bedroom's ensuite bathroom we have a walk-in closet here with large wardrobes to my left and right moving forward along we have the classic white marble that they've incorporated in all the bathrooms of the bedrooms uh and yeah this one has an exceptionally large mirror bigger than the ones we've seen before and the shower area covered in glass and marble double shower here moving forward here we have a bathtub and a window that's openable with wooden grills on the outside allowing natural light to flow through you have cabinets here with led lights on the top of it showcasing artifacts and decorations as well and in this door here we have the toilet area so all in all a huge space for a bathroom very very nice and grandeur the ceilings are higher than usual which i find very very fascinating and cool and also the ocean view just pops that off the cherry on top you guys have to really be here in summer ulu villa to really experience what i'm experiencing right now so let's keep it going all right guys now we saved the best area for last and that is this rooftop patio area you know you have an l-shaped couch over here and you could host parties here because you could place a grill and we have a hidden cooler right over here and one on that side as well a fire pit right in front of me and such a large space to really soak in the beach air and also enjoy one of my favorite parts about this villa is the ocean view which i'm staring at on my left hand side and my right hand side full ocean view almost 180 and the sun is setting right there to my west and yeah it's just tremendous i mean i'm speechless this villa has so many unique features a great design very spacious quiet ticks all the boxes pretty much right so
