Rescue teams attempt to save sea animals that wash up on California beaches

An alarming number of sea mammals are washing up on Southern California beaches. Experts predict a possible connection to run off from the Los Angeles wildfires earlier in the year. NBC News' David Noriega speaks to some of the rescue teams.
