Anyway um it's becoming more and more apparent to elected Democrats that people generally don't like what they're about and that may have cost them the election and it may hurt them um badly coming up in the midterms story today um Breitbart talks about an interview um NPR National Public Radio aired last night on um All Things Considered and Representative Tom Suozi Democrat of New York said that it's clear that Republicans want to shrink government and cut taxes but what Democrats want to do on anything other than abortion and LGBT rights is unclear it's a Democrat Democrat congressman from New York it's clear that Republicans want to shrink government and cut taxes but what the Democrats want to do on anything other than abortion and LGBT rights is unclear suppose he said "We can't just resist it can't just be why we're against Trump and what's wrong with Trump and that the Democratic brand has been damaged npr correspondent Barbara Sprunt then said he says Republicans have done a better job at marketing their ideas she then played a clip where Suosi said "When you ask people you say 'Well what do the Republicans stand for?" They say 'Well make America great again and they want to cut the size of government they want to give tax cuts stuff like and what do the Democrats stand for and I think the people are kind of scratching their heads a little bit they believe in like uh choice and LGBT rights which I believe in those things too but I don't know that you can build a whole party around that during parts of the same program on NPR Representative Marcy Captor who's a Democrat from Ohio declared that Democrats quote better shape up and put together a plan for progress starting in the places that have fallen behind where people are voting for change simply because the economy is not working for them and that those voters voted for Donald Trump because they knew where they live is in grade captor said they heard President Trump say make America great again that was something they want to do and they know where they live isn't they've seen factories close so we need to keep our eyes laser beam focused on how do we expand opportunity it's interesting huh captor said "I have different mottos I live by and one of them is economics is not destiny but it is 85% of it and the Democrats better shape up and put together a plan for progress starting in the places that have fallen behind where people are voting for change simply because the economy is not working for them." The message is getting out that Trump is right i mean these are Democrats saying Trump is right trump is right he's doing and and saying the things that people care about and it matter to people this hearkens back to the story I talked about just a short time ago about the bringing the pipelines back and bringing natural gas back to New England the Democrats are having to um rethink their opposition to it because it's what the people want the people don't want windmills that are falling apart and killing whales they don't want that stuff they want to turn up the thermostat have their kids be warm so they can walk in their bare feet in the floor and and not freeze you know the old Jimmy Carter Democrats put on a sweater and turn the thermostat down no I'll tell you what i'm I'm a baby in the winter i hate cold you all know that right you all know I hate cold my thermostat set on 72 and it stays there for the winter right i mean I just I work hard for a living right i'm an old man now i want to be warm i don't want to put on a sweater and shiver because energy with um windmills and solar panels is too expensive i want lots of power i want long I want pipelines i want natural gas i want to put on the heat and have it there it's cheap it's clean safe so um Social Security has spent weeks clearing out bad data from its records sifting out millions of cases where Social Security numbers holders the people that held the numbers on these Social Security cards were over 120 years old they've spent weeks clearing out bad data millions of dollars millions of people Social Security numbers issued to people that are 120 years old and older my guess is they're not collecting social security anymore the Department of Government Efficiency announced the ongoing records cleanup on social media saying the process has taken weeks for the past 3 weeks Social Security has been executing a major cleanup of their records approximately 7 million number holders all listed at age 120 plus have now been marked as deceased another 5 million to go doge announced on um social media the effort comes after billionaire Elon Musk highlighted the huge number of social security numbers assigned to Americans with unlikely or impossible ages there was one Trump mentioned during his state of the uh well it wasn't a state of the it was just a joint sess joint speech to Congress one over 350 years old remember the logic flow diagram for the social security system looks insane no one person actually knows how it works the payment files that move between social security and Treasury have significantly or have significant inconsistencies that are not reconciled it's wild musk declared there are far more eligible social security numbers than there are citizens in the USA this might be the biggest fraud in history he added "And you know the more money we give to dead people and and you know they also talked about how a lot of the social security benefits and all that are being going overseas or leaving the country the more we cut down on waste and fraud the more money that we have to give to people who need maybe you know if we can cut back on all of this fraud in our government we can afford to give seniors hearing aids and we can afford to give them new glasses and we can afford to give them the walkers and the food and everything that they need so they don't have to choose between prescription drugs and if and their the good food that they need to eat seniors I know you're listening to me right now this is good stuff this is not coming after they're not coming after your benefits at all your benefits are not going to be impacted except they may go up they may go up which is a good thing you may get better benefits and you may get better health care as a result of Elon Musk and Donald Trump don't listen to the people on the news don't listen to the Democrats that have nothing listen to me i'm telling you the truth musk and Doge have not stated that social security payments were going out to every eligible uh number holder but Musk has argued that the inaccurate data may have caused more indirect government waste acting Social Security Commissioner Lee Dudek responded to scrutiny from Musk last month by saying "The reported data are people in our records with a social security number who do not have a date of death associated with their record these individuals are not necessarily receiving benefits but a lot of them are critics of Musk's efforts have pointed to instances where the Social Security Administration incorrectly classified someone as deceased cutting off their payments while the person was still alive and that's easily taken care of to say "Hey look here I am here's my ID i'm alive continue my payments." So it's a perfect opportunity if you are here illegally go to the app use it you're registered you can leave and then uh you will have the proof that you did that and you'll be able to apply to come back in legally excellent all right how much more fair can that be you know how much more fair could he be that's that's very fair no absolutely yeah because there are cases where there are people that are here illegally but they're good citizens and they're not out you know raping well they're not citizens technically but they're not out raping and murdering and pillaging people or running drugs they're here for a better life legitimately and if they're here illegally here's your chance to rectify now you're going to you fill out the app you go to the app you fill it out you go home for a period of time you pay some money or whatever maybe in penalties and and then you can come back and go through the process legally and then everything's good you don't have to worry about it i know absolutely and you can't be more fair than that you know no and you really can't hey you you I love your show keep up the good work man you always you always uh bring up the good stuff so uh hang in there man and keep up thank you my friend appreciate it 5089960500 and uh I appreciate that a lot and you know I mean it if you do not advertise on this program I don't know why it doesn't make sense to me i just you know I mean we have such a great loyal intelligent um audience and you know I ran into a guy at the uh Market Basket the other day and I I meet so many of you folks at Market Basket it's amazing and um guy came up to me and he you know I love your show i listen to your show every day everybody listens to your show that I know and uh and you know I I I own my own business and I do this that and the other thing i'm like "Well you're advertising on the show right?" He Well no well why not well because you know you're you know you're a Trump guy and the show's a little controversial and so I'm thinking about I I told him you know that's kind of silly i mean think of the number of people that you could reach i mean this is probably one of the most listened to shows in the entire region we do something that nobody no other show does here i mean Tim has a a great program and uh and and Chris has a great program they do something different from what I do and it's that's by design we don't want to all do the same show we all do different shows right we do our own thing howie Ko's got something different and and Brian's got his own thing um but we reach a lot of people and if you look at the um the impact that we've had just this past election right how the voting public has moved further and further and further to the right and you're seeing that red spread bristol County in particular Fall River went entirely for Trump this time a cushion went for That's not an accident we're having an impact we are having an impact all of those people are out there and are listening and they buy cars they buy widgets they buy everything so you should be on this program advertising to say "Well I don't want to advertise in that because I don't agree with your point of view." That's kind of crazy suck it up you're going to reject half of the half of the the population because you don't agree with my politics you don't have to agree with my politics but thousands of people that listen to the show do and they go and buy products and they eat in restaurants and everything so get smart call somebody on the sales staff here call Kristen call Kristen she'll get you set up and um you got to get on the air with us because there's a lot of people out there that want to uh people will ask me all the time about businesses because they trust me they trust me i mean they've been listening to me i've been in the business for 50 years i got a lot of credibility i've been on this station for nine years i didn't just arrive in town yesterday so I got credibility when I do an ad for for example Duncan Hearing Healthcare people will call up and say "I took your advice on that and I went there and I was so satisfied because I to I I speak from my heart about my own experiences." So when I say go to this place try this place people believe me and they and they go so I mean just food for thought if you own a business and you're looking to advertise and reach a whole new crowd this is the place cuz we are a special crowd of people are we not 508960500 i got to take a break we're coming right back [Applause] after one more time one last shot all right welcome back to the program 227 it is a Tuesday 508960500 we're getting there we're almost up the hump right tomorrow's hump day and then we slide down the other side final weekend of March coming up this weekend right today's the 25th yeah final yes it is final weekend coming up i like that so anyway talking about Elon Musk and social security and the the discovery of so much fraud abuse and waste in social security but the Democrats want that in the media we want fraud we want abuse we want waste you can't take it you're dictators put it back musk also revealed that during the um cabinet meeting yesterday that was broadcast at least a good part of it was broadcast anyway that the Department of Government Efficiency discovered the Small Business Administration the SBA had given more than $300 million in loans to children under the age of 11 i I don't know about you but I always was told that you can't borrow money when you're on when you're 11 i was told that you had to be a legal adult to um sign a contract right to borrow money or to um do anything really in business but yet the SBA handed out more than $300 million in loans to children under 11 years old we want loans for 11 years old put it back you Nazi try to be a king stopping 11 year olds from getting loans it's unamerican nazi during the cabinet meeting Trump spoke about um how his administration had done a lot of cutting specifically in relation to people who weren't attending jobs or doing their jobs trump also spoke about how his administration was finding fraudulent contracts and noted that Musk and his team at Doge had caught many fraudulent contracts a case of fraud was with the Small Business Administration where they were handing out loans $330 million worth of loans to people under the age of 11 Musk revealed i think the youngest Kelly was a 9mon a 9-mon year old nine months old got a $100,000 loan how many of you adults out there uh maybe going through some tough times or whatever applied for a loan applied for credit and were denied well your whole secret is that you should have been nine months old and you could have got you could have got $100,000 and you would have no problems right now isn't that amazing this is what we're talking about here people like you that apply for credit that can't get a loan get turned down for that loan and yet $330 million in loans Small Business Administration loans i know of businesses here in New Bedford remember Doco that was down at the uh the mill per millill in the south end i'm not telling Phil's out of school because she was on my program when the place opened they're now closed but they opened um during the pandemic remember they invested she was on the program with the woman who owned it she um they invested their entire life savings went out sold everything mortgaged everything to the hilt so they could open that restaurant and then boom the pandemic hit and they were ordered shut before they could even open and they were denied money afterwards to uh I don't recall whether it was small business administration but one of the government loan programs in order to uh you know try to keep open or or keep you know from folding before they even had chance to open they were denied these are good people they put a lot of other people to work and um stayed open was costing them a fortune but they stayed open during the pandemic so that they could um or stayed in business during the pandemic so they could reopen and put people to work they were denied they were denied assistance i know some stupid uh loophole about well uh you uh you know didn't set your opening date before July 25th in the year of the pandemic so we can't give you any money but yet we're giving loans $330 million in Small Business Administration loans to people under 11 and Kelly at um 9 months old it's a $100,000 [Music] loan musk said "That's a very precocious baby we're talking about here." In a post on X Musk responded to a post from the Doge account which revealed that the SBA was now requiring date of birth collection for all direct loan applications and was pausing the direct loan understand it what What's going on what do these people don't What is it that these people don't get well I don't think they understand i mean if they stopped and thought for a moment what it exactly just defies logic but yet the Elon Musk is a Nazi and Doge is you know communism or whatever the hell they call it i I just don't understand it it makes no logical sense to me to me it to me it seems if they thought about it in any just for any length of time at all they would realize that the only people that are screaming about this the ones that get that they're getting their information from those those are the ones that are benefiting from it i think you know you know you got your high-end you know the politicians and stuff like you know somebody like Schumer for example he's a I mean he's going crazy all the things he's saying right now but he's he's one that's going to he's going to lose the gravy train you know those people are going to the Pelosis they're going to lose the gravy train if once once uh you know Doge and Musk and Doge once they Here's the problem with people like that they thought they were so relevant and so important and the government could not function without them trump was a rube and Trump should and never will be every now and then I watch this little video I have of Nancy Pelosi saying she must have said it 50 times in 50 different locations Trump will never be president trump will never Well guess what he's been president twice and she's just a fallen down broken shell of herself now thrown out by her own party and um so I mean these people just can't understand that they are now insignificant the people that they thought supported them and kept them in power despised him now and they have no power they have nothing left and they're out there you know it's like a baseball player that stays around a couple of seasons too long you know or a football player like Aaron Rogers should have retired a few years ago and he still insists he's going to go out and play football it's like Aaron hang it up well you know these politicians don't know when to quit either and they should go home winners but um so yeah I mean they they have no relevance all they can do is scream and yell and and uh and hope somebody notices them they're a broken party right now there's no doubt about it but if you think back Barry back in two in 22 I mean I was out there waving signs and stuff for Jeff Deal because that was my thing you know and I was and and you know we were all high on getting everybody was you know there was a big red wave coming you know i mean let's face it everybody thought that there was just going to be a clean sweep in that into Well we were sabotaged we had the the abortion ruling that was leaked out of the Supreme Court and that was done intentionally in order to stop the red wave and it worked and I don't I don't doubt that they'll always come up with some sort of a sabotage you know whenever whenever we start to feel confident yeah which I which right now I honestly do feel pretty happy and confident you know but uh I don't think there's any stopping the red wave that's going to come next year though i think there's going to be a big red wave next year and I don't see anything stopping it at this point i think I think you're right Barry i I feel better this time around because I believe uh you know the people's eyes are opening and you know when I spoke when I said to your first thing about my my Doge flag hanging outside there I mean that's not just to make me feel better i want people to see that Doge is making a difference people don't know it no and it's going to make everybody's life better because the cost of government is going to be um downsized uh considerably we're going to have a lot more money we're going to need to take fewer taxes from people and the people also don't understand you know the Democrat party is all for big government i mean that's no secret they always have been the Republican part is for smaller government but when you have a big government it costs a fortune and there when you have uh big government you have more people and they sit around all day thinking of new regulations to impose on you and new you know restrictions on you and and so on and so forth get rid of all those people we don't need them and your life is going to be better it's going to be freer and you're gonna have more money to spend i know Barry i started to think if uh you know what would have happened had Harris ever won that election this you know this country would that are influenced by the by the nuts that you see out there like Elizabeth Warren and Ed Marky and and Chuck Schumer and all these people you know uh out there you know yelling at the at the windmills um you know to um you know Elon Musk is a Nazi and and all this kind of crap stop slap yourself in the face a few times and pour some cold water over your head and realize what exactly Dogee is and what it is doing and how it is going to make your life better and how your life is going to be better if those pipelines that Trump is pushing the Constitution pipeline to try to get some more natural gas into New England so that your rates come down and so on and so forth getting these criminal illegal immigrants that are raping your children off of the streets and and and so on and so forth and the hell out of the country think of the the price of food has come down significantly in the last 8 weeks eggs are now lower than they were before Biden took office the first time um gas prices are coming down at a time when gas prices usually go up gas prices are going down springtime gas prices go usually go up because more people are driving but they're coming down so there's been a positive impact on your life already and Department of Education get rid of that sucker so that your kids can get all of the money for their education that they deserve but you get a bureaucracy out of the way that is making life miserable for our public schools all across this country it's all positive slap yourself a couple of times and say you know what just because I was a member of this group I don't have to be anymore there is counseling for this you can become you can get a counselor you can turn it around you can do the hokeyp pokey and turn yourself around in a minute you don't have to join the Republicans i'm not a Republican just be independent thinking and stop following these people that are taking you down the dirt road i've got to take the break we're coming right back Agency is being eliminated fema more winning another agency out of here too big it's a monster so much bureaucracy you look at the hell the people in California and the hell that the people in North Carolina went through fires in California earth hurricane in North Carolina it's too big it's too big too bloated too much bureaucracy money being used for this that and the other thing instead of what it's supposed to be used for in uh in North Carolina you had um politicized FEMA employees walking around skipping houses because they had Trump election signs out front that's not what FEMA is supposed to be for so um Christine know FEMA is going away it's going to be eliminated and uh she talked about deportations at the border as well this during the cabinet meeting yesterday a lot of which was was broadcast spoke about how the DHS had increased deportations by 50% praise the Coast Guard for doing phenomenal work and breaking um historic records in the amount of drug interdictions they have brought in we are in the month of March the last couple of weeks increased our deportations by 50% so we're now not even just getting the worst of the worst out we're making sure that there's consequences for being here and committing crimes in our communities and the numbers are continuing to escalate and go up this week I'm heading down to El Salvador i'll be in the prison where we sent TDA members i'll be meeting with the president and also Colombia and Mexico and talking about building these relations so that we can continue to get people out of this country that don't belong here and take them [Music] home no matter that the US Coast Guard's fleet had been repositioned in order to address the fentinel crisis and to also go after the southern border and to secure it i mentioned earlier that we sending a um I think I I think I said a destroyer right is it a destroyer off the California yeah yeah it's a large uh I don't remember yeah here we go navy is deploying a guided missile destroyer yeah to defend the southern border off the coast of California uh in conjunction with the Coast Guard and we know that get a uh a naval vessel in the in the Gulf of America now Coast Guard has done phenomenal work i don't know if you all have reported on it but we have broken historic records in the amount of drug interdictions that they have brought in of course they haven't reported on it what do you think what do you think Christie you think the media is going to tell you that no we've repositioned the fleet to go after the fentinel crisis and go after the southern border and securing it and they've done amazing work so far as far as FEMA she said um we still need the resources and the funds and the finances to go to people that have these types of disasters like Hurricane Helen and the fires in California but you need to let local officials make the decisions on how that is deployed deployed so it can be deployed much quicker and we don't need this bureaucracy that's picking and choosing winners trump has stated previously that he would rather see the states take care of their own problems give him the money that doesn't mean that doesn't mean FEMA doesn't give you the money of course you get the money you still get the money but you cut out the middleman you cut out the bureaucrats and the pencil pushers that are going to tell you uh you know I remember during the um during the uh crisis down in North Carolina had my friend Mark on and who's a a news guy down there by the way he's been he and his colleagues have been um before Congress I've been trying to get him back on he's been so damn busy and in addition to that his father took real sick and he passed away so um but they've been before Congress to testify on how important it is to keep AM radio because there's some trying to get rid of AM radio it was the AM radio you probably if you heard the interview back that day that really kept the community in contact with each other and let emergency responders know where people were in need of help so on and so forth and um so they've actually testified before Congress and done a whole lot of other stuff too and [Music] um but if you remember the day Mark was on and he was talking about the response to all of this he was talking about how tables were set up guys with white shirts and ties you know and you got to come sign here for your relief and this that meanwhile people are trying to dig their kids out of mud holes you know and they really didn't have time for that but uh I'm going to take a break we're they were just starting in with that song and um they had to be evacuated from the stage because there was a fire under the stage and I mean they just got a little ways into the song and it was like you got to go everybody's just rushed right off of the stage now I don't know why the audience wasn't evacuated maybe they were eventually but um the audience kind of stayed behind and that song was was on that they were singing that song and and the audience just stood there and sang the rest of the song i mean that I believe is one of the most popular uh rock and roll songs ever and I think everybody regardless of which age group you're in knows that song and knows probably all the lyrics to it and um it's just one of those songs you know one of those really popular rock songs so I thought that was a pretty cool story but um you know you hate to see people not get out of there when they should i I don't know how bad the fire was but it it was an electrical fire maybe that's why they had to get out and and that's why they couldn't come back on because maybe the electric circuits or whatever destroyed were destroyed in the fire and they couldn't play anymore but I don't know i just thought it was a cool story but I'd be there probably with my uh with my cell phone flashlight on you know swaying back and forth with the rest of the crowd singing it um yeah I digress so Devin Archer is being pardoned as we speak uh President Trump just signed a pardon for Deon Archer you remember Deon Archer he was the um he was Hunter Biden's uh old buddy and he was on the board uh Barisma over in Ukraine with Hunter Biden and he was the one that gave um whistleblower testimony to Congress about how uh Joe Biden would to be put on the speaker phone a dozen times or more and [Music] um not to say anything in particular but sort of to uh show that Archer and Hunter had the big guy had the big guy there and just to imply you know that um this guy can make things happen you know he's influential and you know Hunter was getting what $83,000 a month for his position uh as an adviser on the uh on the board of directors for Berisma well um Biden's really threw Deon Archer under the bus and he was facing some potential charges so um Donald Trump uh just just pardoned him just a few minutes ago and I don't know what other executive orders Trump is filing at this moment but uh still waiting for a decision as to whether or not the auto pen pardons that Joe Biden signed whether they are going to withstand constitutional muster I don't know whether the Supreme Court yet has been asked to weigh in on that i know Trump feels that they um they should be invalid because they were done with an auto pen and I know one of the constitutional experts that comes on Fox News every now and then uh wrote a piece suggesting that it's unlikely that it would be deemed unconstitutional um you know I I I would like to think that that's not true though i would like to think that in order for an order an executive order to have particularly a pardon of a criminal I mean god this guy let murderers and everything out um Leonard Peltier killed two FBI agents in cold blood i I would like to think that in order to grant a pardon that a president actually has to sign something and and not let an autopen do it you know because that leads you to believe that maybe maybe he didn't even realize that it was being done or maybe he didn't care enough i mean you know when I when I saw some of the pardons they're so wide sweeping you know all of the Biden family except him um you know all of the January 6 people and then when the Peltier thing came out I was like [Music] "Wow there are definitely activists on his staff that are doing things for him."
