🍏 Ingredients:
200 g oat meal
100 g millet
100 g buckwheat
100 g quinoa
20 g linseed ground
20 g chia seed
10 g psyllium husk ground
10 g linseed
10 -15 g salt
700 g water

🍏 Baking time: In preheated oven at 200 °Celsius (up and bottom heat) 60 minutes. Take bread out of the tray and bake another 10 minutes at only 190 ° Celsius.
Let cool completely before cutting.
