Grace Kelly’s wedding dress, worn for her marriage to Prince Rainier III of Monaco on April 19, 1956, is one of the most iconic bridal gowns in history. Designed by Helen Rose, a costume designer for MGM Studios, the dress was a gift from the studio and featured a breathtaking combination of elegance and regal sophistication.

Design Details:
Fabric & Materials: The gown was made of silk taffeta, peau de soie (a type of soft satin), and 125-year-old Brussels lace. It was further adorned with pearls and delicate embroidery.

Silhouette: The dress had a fitted bodice with a high neckline, long lace sleeves, and a full, bell-shaped skirt with layers of petticoats underneath, creating a timeless, princess-like look.

Train & Veil: The gown featured a long, flowing train, and her veil was crafted from tulle with lace appliqués, designed to appear almost weightless.
