Today, we'll be doing a 30-minute full body workout that you can do right from home. All you'll need for this workout are some dumbbells and resistance bands.

DB & RB ONLY FULL BODY WORKOUT:
1) Goblet Squats Pyramid Set:
a. 15 reps at a lighter weight
b. 12 reps at a heavier weight
c. 9 reps at a heavier weight
2) Squeeze Press | 15 reps
3) Single-Arm Resistance Band Rows | 15 reps/arm
4) Resistance Band Shoulder Press | 15 reps
5) Walking Lunges | 15 reps/leg
6) Static Hold Dumbbell Bicep Curls | 12 reps/arm
7) Single-Arm Resistance Band Kickbacks | 15 reps/arm
Perform exercises 1-7 one right after the other.
Rest for 90 seconds.
Complete circuit for a total of 4x.
