Today I'd like to show you one of the most visited places in Slovenia - Lake Bled and Bled Castle.

This castle was build by Roman Emperor Henry II back in 1004, still standing today and open for all as a museum and oldest Slovenian castle.

Lake Bled region is very popular tourist destination, that's why I couldn't skip this place when I was visiting this incredible country. The place isn't that huge, but the beauty of this place will take your breath away, the views of the castle and the lake are priceless. Bottom line: if you visiting Slovenia - Lake Bled and its castle must be on your list.
