The Majingilane coalition of lions fill their stomachs with the meat of a big buffalo bull that they caught for themselves. Watching lions eat a cape buffalo can be frustrating as they seem to struggle with the meat!

About Rob The Ranger Wildlife Videos: The purpose of the channel is to show what it is like to experience seeing wild animals on an African safari. Nature Documentaries are often highly edited to tell a story, wildlife safaris are not, and the idea here is to show the wildlife sightings the way they were seen. Safari tours in Africa are generally suitable for all ages and this channel can be considered an educational channel about incredible nature, some scenes in the nature videos may be more graphic than people are used to but this is the reality of nature and is what you would see if you were present on such a safari in person. Safaris in Kenya, South Africa, or any other African country are an unrivalled experience for anyone with a passion for nature, wildlife photography, and travel. Hopefully the animal videos on this channel can provide a glimpse into what the nature experience is like and encourage more people to take a wildlife safari one day. the the vulture they're going to wait
for the lion to be finished before they
they come but can come the vultures the
Lions will keep chasing the vultures
while they here there's not much left
though not much left no four big male
lions that can eat that much you know 40
kg of stomach full eating every time
every time their stomach's empty they
come and eat some more so it doesn't
take them long so tomorrow they have to
to ENT again
well they'll be full for a couple of
days they won't have to hunt for a
while is that the
back uh he's got his pore on the on the
pelvis and then he's eating through the
ribs at the
moment stomach is still there isn't it
no that's what we saw fro
they yeah something inside is not touch
all right look at me look at
me it
looking oh yeah that's it that's it you
got
it is those one eating yeah the other
one is eating as well they never get
sicked with this kind of like that no
just picking up their head like that
it's
insane look at the vult they they coming
they coming yeah they're getting Brave
getting close to the sleeping lines like
that he can get killed just like him to
SI
yeah you can see the tea of the
Buffalo look at the V
think
so do it don't have like a favorite part
like the oh they start at the back end
and they work the way forward we saw the
the first day the back end that start
got all the soft Parts the
ramp they go get the fillets take out
the intestines
obviously unfavored part is the stomach
that's been left it's what the vultures
are going after there at the back stuff
you put that on yourtube is going to be
milon of
you look at
that he's by by licking they loosen the
meat from the bone the skin from the
meat and so on the rough rough tongue
you know if you domestic cat licks you
yeah just imagine that with a tongue 50
times the size
s yeah completely completely we're about
like 2 m from them no
yeah we don't even realize anymore
just look it start the stomach over
there the V yeah just getting a mail
there there's one start they're all
going to come
mm one is coming going to make a video
I'm sure he's going to
looking the whole
skin the other two lions are fast asleep
they don't care these ones have got
their heads in in the meat here so they
don't care
either look at the lion the back is
crazy the way you sleep he's got to keep
his stomach up because if he lies on it
it'll squash all that food if you've
eaten too much and you lie on your
stomach you get indigestion same same
for the Lions
this is game this is game doing in the
raar is it
absolutely getting too close to each
other
there he's going to wake up the other
lion looks like
itless you
oh yeah he's wake up be
trou he might come down and start
feeding as well that would be
lovely it can be the black tree and the
same
pie yeah don't you where is the top
where is the straight away they moved
away yeah they come back quickly though
yeah a lot of Deep piece of water
actually turn turn quite quite fast did
H it turned quite fast
yeah he looks he looks like he doesn't
want to get up and eat yet panting at
the
back that's something it's going to come
into two parts I'm going to dream about
that tonight for sure
that's one of the trees just br under
the way to the
vultures yeah they actually pretty big
actually another the small one the
tail and they always find some killing
some kill somewhere to eat
yeah look
he might do hold hold on I need to take
that look at the look at the
fellow he's in disaster
shape oh my
[Music]
goder a brave
one one
you didn't see
them I don't think the lions are
bothered about the vult just taking the
stomach
there why aren't the big
ones oh my God this stronger the the
white backed they're not going to pick
up the scraps these hooded they're quite
happy just to eat the maggots they'll
eat the lion droppings they they'll eat
the scraps but the white back want meat
so they'll want to come in when the
lions are finished and pick off these
big chunks of meat that the Lions aren't
able to get off between between the ribs
yeah well there there a lot of meat
still on the ribs
yeah doesn't obviously compared to how
big the Buffalo was there's not a lot of
meat left but there's still actually
quite a bit of meat there that's
edible if you're a
scavenger and there are some special
teeth to go like small one to go in the
middle or something like that or but the
the hooded vultures got that tiny little
beak with the hook on that you can get
between everything from the the bigger
vultures have got big uh sharp beaks but
the lion will go like in the middle the
lion can't get into the
middle oh you can see
them the little smashed it is this a
fairly old bow they've got then yes you
can see if you look at the horns there
you can see it's not not a nice smooth
horn young ball it's it's an old ball
from a bachelor herd that they've taken
up we wi back to
sleep you give up as
well but he doesn't have the leg in the
funny position like earlier
on he's just on the side he doesn't
have see
the it's
amazing it's actually some red meat
huh well once they get the the dry stuff
off there's red meat
underneath to
better yeah very no one will pay two and
a half million R for a
steak you buy the Buffalo then you your
local lion kills
it imagine Prett 2 million one day boom
gun
it's really like like in a movie the the
vulture how they stop on the trees like
it's crazy
yeah you can see like it's like a nuts
for them the the B like
