10-Men-Draw For Mainz! | 1. FSV Mainz 05 - SC Freiburg 2-2 | Highlights | MD 26 – Bundesliga 2024/25

Sildilja, that's a decent cross. Da Costa got his head on to it, Gunter misfires. Gets another go at it, that wasn't far off. Da Costa, Sildilja. Good little phase here from Freiburg. And under enough pressure. It wasn't that long. Da Costa. Pass for Kassi. That's really good! Kassi gets the breakthrough to Burkhardt. And Mainz have the goal they crave. In their 120th anniversary celebrations. Is it going to go on from here? A call up for the Germany squad this week. And a goal in the Bundesliga. That's a decent ball for Adamu. Decent ball for Hörner, he was tugged back shortly. Referee says penalty, yes indeed. And Freiburg have a chance from the spot. It's worse than that. Killer from a dead ball. Goes again and this time it's saved. There's a header. There's going to be a few of them. On his own. Still Burkhardt, oh that's marvellous from Johnny Burkhardt. Straight! That's the goal they wanted. And it's come from the man who has a reputation. As Freiburg get back on level terms. And no matter what Hank Olsen did. It's another good cross. Hörner! Oh what a save! And again! Robin Settner! Solid pressure from Freiburg. And solid goalkeeping from Robin Settner. That's Acosta. That's a ball or a dropkick. Kassi. Burkhardt. Oh it's in from Hank Olsen. Hank Olsen makes it 2-1 and it's no less. Puts Mites back in front. Kinter couldn't reach it. Vantage. Go on, straight from him! Equaliser! Freiburg don't hang around. There will be a very large roar. As the final whistle goes. Goal!
