This is a lovely snack or alternative to a tea sandwich. What I really like about these packets is that you can use any filling you like. I decided to make mine with surimi, egg, green onion. You can also make a creamy caviar filling, basil feta filling, sun-dried tomato filling, sour cream/cucumber yogurt filling, ham and cheese filling, mushroom filling, egg salad filling… you get the idea :). It’s fun to experiment with ingredients that you like and have on hand.
