第58屆聯合國人權理事會從，本週二（3月4日）開始，在瑞士日內瓦舉行會議。數十位代表應邀發言，其中包括德國法輪功學員丁樂斌和荷蘭法輪功學員黃嘉言。丁樂斌發言時，中共代表當場試圖阻撓，但沒能得逞。
