Naveen Kumar is an engineer who jumped from the corporate bandwagon to start a natural farm in Mysore, Karnataka. He was inspired by a friend’s successful pomegranate farm and decided to buy his own piece of land. He began by planting bananas using industrial farming methods but quickly realised how these chemicals were poisoning everything around him.

Curious to learn more, Naveen started attending seminars and talking to farmers who practiced natural farming. He visited farms, learned about sustainable methods, and studied Subhash Palekar’s zero-budget natural farming (ZBNF) techniques. These experiences convinced him to change the way he farmed.

Today he runs a successful natural farm with a variety of crops ensuring he has yield throughout the year. But what's more important? He can now feed his family toxin-free food!
