all the way around the neck you can also turn it around and use this for your back as well this doesn't just reach around the neck it goes of course deep into the chest area where it's really common want it to go LED not so much it looks the same to the naked eye you're like red light's red light it's not though LED has a like a chaotic angle so it kind of goes everywhere and that means it
