A Day on the Road – The Routine That’s Never the Same

This short film follows Wiebke Lühmann’s bikepacking adventure along from Germany to South Africa, capturing the rhythm of life on the road. From early mornings to endless pedaling, from unexpected encounters to setting up camp under the stars—no two days were the same.

With a mix of GoPro footage (Liberia, Namibia, South Africa), drone shots (Germany, Congo, Namibia, South Africa), and cinematic shots (Namibia, South Africa), this film offers an unfiltered glimpse into the beauty, challenges, and freedom of a nomadic bike life. More than just a journey, it’s about resilience, connection, and the pursuit of the unknown.

This short film is just a taste—an exclusive first look at unseen moments from the road. But there’s more to come: Fabienne and Wiebke are working on a full-length movie, set to be released in 2026.
