In July, we spent two weeks traveling around the ‘land of fire and ice’ Iceland 🇮🇸🤗 It is undoubtedly one of the most unique places on earth! Such a small island contains such an amazing diversity of nature! 😍 Here, black sand beaches and rocks of the most intricate shapes are washed by the menacing waves of the Atlantic Ocean 🙂 Rapid rivers form countless waterfalls, some of them so powerful that the thunder of falling water can be heard from afar, and the spray covers the surrounding valleys and hills 😊 Impressive glaciers and lagoons full of icebergs shine in the sun, and the color of their white-blue ice is even more highlighted by layers of black lava and ash 😊 Ice caves, the relief of whose shiny walls looks as if specially cast, and their shape and depth are constantly changing 🙂 Wide-stretching lava fields and scattered volcanic craters do not allow us to forget how fierce the elements of nature have shaped this landscape, and steaming hot spring lagoons and geysers shooting up into the sky provide great pleasure to the eyes and allow us to feel how alive and restless the earth is beneath our feet! 🙂 It's hard to list everything! 🤗 We covered more than 6000km in two weeks and saw so many amazing views that even looking at the photos and videos it's hard to believe that such beauty can be real! 😍
