Inside a $8,998,000 Miami Mansion in an Exclusive Neighbourhood

Welcome everybody to Miami, Florida, where in today's tour, we'll be checking out this brand new 2024 construction home behind me that features seven bedrooms, eight full baths, and one half bath, and is listed at just under $9 million with Michael Martinez, and those details will be in the description below. So we're gonna start the tour on the exterior. The driveway here, we've pulled in in this gorgeous gray 911 Carrera S. Now, the property is in the center of the lot and it's a corner position, so totally private. You've got tons of frontage and also a beautiful back garden with an incredible swimming pool. The outside features a triple car garage here with security cameras on the outside, but what's really special about this is you can actually pull on in the car and drive straight through the garage to the inside. So if you've got guests around, if you're hosting, and the driveway is getting pretty busy, good thing is you can exit the other side too, and that is a nice feature. Now looking at the home from the exterior, it is two stories. They've used a nice palette of creamed stone, wood, glazing, and the white render, and a lot of the glazing and the doors, of course, are all hurricane-proof being here in Florida, so you get that incredible natural light inside, but that sense of safety too with the new construction. So here is the front entrance door. This is a pivot door. Let me demonstrate to you how that works, and because this is such a strong door to protect you from hurricanes, but also it's magnificent, it pivots, it's worth around $32,000, pretty cool. All right, let me take you guys inside and show you around. Welcome inside to this magnificent entrance area. I'm still fascinated by this beautiful pivot door. So in the main entrance space here, we have double height ceilings. On my left is the white oak staircase with the glass balustrade leading you to the second floor. You also have elevator access through that door there, so if you did want to install that for up to four people, have wheelchair access, you can easily do so, but let's enjoy this interior. So a gorgeous color palette, start to get a feel of the interior design. Now in this area, there's a wall divide here, so that separates you to the dining area, but it also feels open and you get a view through here, so it's nicely zoned. There's a mirror in the center, which actually creates a really nice view as you step inside, but this is great. So you've got an entrance area here, just some nice furnishings, take a spot to sit down, and then that connects you to this more formal living space, but this isn't the only living area, so there's a media room and also a large open plan seating area through there. I think this space is great for hosting, you can have everyone come through, you can enjoy sitting and entertaining here. You can easily slide open these doors, step outside, you have an incredible view towards your swimming pool, across the garden, and across the greenery that way. To my left is the bar, so we have the bar stools along this side. This gorgeous finish is a Oro Arobiscato marble. This side of the island, we have a variety of appliances, such as the ice maker here, you have a drinks fridge, the sink in the center, but some really nice quality craftsmanship with the carpentry, you have the 45 degree angle cuts here, then we have the dovetail finish just here. Tinted mirror with some comfort lighting surrounding you, as well as the lights hanging down here. In front of me is the dining space, now you can easily have 10 or even 12 seats here. Now the dining table is positioned towards the front of the property, but because we're on a corner plot, you get this incredible view outside, lots of greenery here. Now remember, this is a brand new home, so that's only going to grow and keep becoming more established. You're not overlooked by any other neighbor, which is fantastic. And then we've got a nice space to keep some artwork here on my right. The speaker system throughout the entire home, and not just inside, but also outside, so you can have your sound system playing and continue as you head on outside. Of course, there's comfort cooling throughout as well. But let me now take you through to the open plan kitchen area, I'm excited to show you that. Firstly, to my left is your wine display for just under a hundred bottles, and that's accessed via these glass doors. To the right is the main kitchen area, so first of all, we have a Wolf microwave and oven. Now the island is here in the center with a unique Carrera port, so that has been water-filled. Now they have a Wolf gas hob here, like chef commercial grade. This is a black Markina marble, and I've gone for the same white oak cabinetry that we saw in the bar area. Now stepping over to the right, they've gone for German fridges, so they're certainly built to last. So on this side is the fridge, and then in the center is the wine fridge, and then on the far left here is your freezer. So yeah, German built, but American size. Now on the island in the center, you have bar stools all across here, nice space to enjoy, really getting great hosting vibes from this property. We have another space to dine here, and look at this, you can just slide these doors open, step outside. So this is your next open living area. Now this is an amazing space, super tall ceiling heights, and I love that they've actually included this wood on the interior, which matches the exterior throughout there. It kind of takes away from that sterile feel that brand new construction homes can sometimes have, especially when a lot of white and gray has been used. So that gets top marks for me up there. And I think the back garden area is my favorite part about this property. So let's head out through this door and check it out. Wow, this is what it's all about living in Miami. Come outside to your summer kitchen, and you can enjoy this space all year round, of course, because it is covered. You've got the fan up there, and there's nothing that beats eating outside with a fresh breeze, and that's what the fan can do for you. We have the summer kitchen here, ice maker, fridge, barbecue, hood, and that's all by Alfresco. Now that word is defined by eating in the outdoor air, which is what it's all about here in Miami. On the right is a separate accommodation option. So you've got a bedroom in there, little kitchenette and en suite. So if you did want something a bit separated to the main house, that could be very ideal. Now, moving on from this combiner area, we're on the main part of the garden. You get a good glimpse of the back of the house. And of course, we have your swimming pool here with the flush jacuzzi hot tub. And pools are amazing to have, but you do have to think about maintaining them. So with your own pool, you can spend hours cleaning it yourself, or maybe you can pay someone to do it for you, but I'm introducing you today to a new solution. Then at the back, that's the guest house that we talked about earlier. Got lots of trees and landscaping behind keeping this position nice and private. Taking a look at the back of the house, we of course have the white render and gray windows, but I do like how that's been broken up by the wood that you can see paneled around on the roof and the actual gray metal roof itself, which is interesting aesthetically, but also good for hurricane prep because as the other houses around have roofs that would lift with the high winds, this is actually more resistant to that. So we've seen most of this side of the house. Now in here, we actually have the VIP guest suite and a home office and also the media room. So let's head back in and continue the tour. Now back across the main living area, I'm going to take you through and show you some more of this place. Now you see lighting throughout and comfort cooling that can all be controlled by the control systems. There's a pantry on my left here, utility through there, as well as some more storage, guest powder room, and then the housekeeper quarters are in there. So you've got a bedroom, dressing area, and en suite. Behind me is the triple car garage. So I'll take you in and show you guys that. Come on through. So as we talked about, space for three cars with three garage opening points. So you can drive in from the main space here and actually head out the side here, or you could come in through the side road. So you've got a couple of different options there, but yeah, let me know your dream three car garage setup here that you would have, all controlled by the lift master. So they open electronically, or you can use a remote too. Let's head to the other side of the property now. We have a lot more to see. Now we've seen this side of the property. We're going to move over to the left side. So to get your bearings, this is the main entrance that we came through where we have the elevator access, staircase over there, but come on through. This next room I'm going to show you is the cabana bathroom. Now it's called that because you can come through the main house, but also access it directly from the pool. They've gone for a walk-in shower with white marble and a black tile all the way around. Now through this way, this next room is your media space. So it's got dual aspect windows, a great view to the front and side, but if you wanted to, you could bring in some nice curtains and have a really cool movie room in there. This next section is very ideal actually if you have older family members or really friends coming to visit you for an extended period of time. It's on the ground floor. You could close it off with another doorway quite easily if you want to, but you've got the living part of the property with a nice aspect outside, and then you come through to the bedroom. So this could be almost like a VIP guest suite, the boucle bed in the center, double aspect to the swimming pool, and then you can go straight outside via these sliding doors. A really cool lifestyle. You wake up in the morning, head outside, and just jump in the pool. Then you have the walk-in wardrobe that side with a fabric finish, and then the en suite through there. Now moving back from this area, we're going to head into the main entrance area. Just admire the furnishing and this grand entrance space with the double height. And now it's time to check out the second floor. So let's go. Now you join us up on the second floor. So I'm going to take you all the way across this wide hallway straight to the principal suite. So we pass an additional living area up here, and then through double doors, you're greeted into this incredible bedroom. I mean, look at the size of this, the width, the ceiling heights, the ambient lighting all around. And then you have a private balcony out here that you can access with this sliding door. It has a great view down to the garden and the swimming pool. But this room gets even better because as well as having a massive bedroom space, I think the dressing room is almost the same size. Look at this. Think about what you could do here. You could have a huge central island, wardrobes all around to keep tons of, I'm sure, very high-end jewelry, clothes, everything you could want and accessories. Then there's an additional wardrobe here. So I guess it would be like hers and his in there, or jewel, or however you want to do it. So we've got another temperature control. And then through double doors, you're greeted into this amazing and calm en suite. Look at the size of this one piece of glass. So the flooring is all flush. It's a white marble in a herringbone pattern. We have the rainfall showerhead up there, as well as an additional four jets. Then we have the freestanding bath this side. So this bathroom does have dual sinks, one each side of the door. So total privacy in all of this private space to keep your stuff. Again, high-quality carpentry. And it also has dual Toto toilets that as you walk up to them, they open on their own. So there's one of them both sides. So as well as an incredible principal bedroom suite, this floor does actually have an additional three bedrooms. So two of them are here. They enjoy views to the back garden. And each also has their own individual en suite. So slightly different tiling and style in each. And then finally, another bedroom here, which has a view across to the side of the property and its own individual en suite. But we can enjoy this glass balustrade and look down to the entrance. This is a cool property. I wanna head out one more time to the back garden and enjoy this place from the outside. We've taken a short break to see how BeatBot is getting on. So it doesn't cover any of the areas twice, collecting all of the leaves off the surface and purifying the water at the same time. Now, the sun is shining of course here in Florida. Then at the back here is a nine liter tank for all of the debris. And then when it's been round and collected all the leaves and dirt from the pool, you can simply empty that and shower it down.
