Hong Kong's real estate market has long been a subject of fascination due to the limited land availability and high demand, creating one of the most expensive housing markets in the world. The city is geographically constrained, with its dense population and mountainous terrain, leaving little flat land available for development. As a result, much of the new development takes place on reclaimed land, which comes with its own set of challenges, including environmental concerns and high construction costs.
