Could Europe lead the charge in keeping the peace in Ukraine?

The leaders of France and the UK are due to travel to Washington next week to hold separate talks with President Trump. They'll present an outline for what's being called a European "reassurance force" that could monitor an eventual ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine. Media reports suggest the plans include a troop level of less than 30-thousand, protected by U-S fighter planes if necessary. But as Teri Schultz explains, it's far from certain the Trump Administration will agree to provide any such support.
