INGREDIENTS
Oxtail meat 1kg
Seasoning
Onion, ginger, garlic
Carrots.
Browning sauce and fresh thyme
Season the meat with Kaymead spices or spices of your choice. Add a mix of Blended onion, ginger, garlic & maggi
-Using a hot pan, brown the meat both sides until it browns completely.
The reason for browning the meat is to seal the meat, give it a char flavour-take away sone of that rawness, oiliness from the stock
-Transfer the browned meat to ovenware. Add water not to submerge, seasoning, browning sauce, fresh thyme, ginger, garlic. Slow cook in the oven for 2 hrs at 160 degrees. Then add carrots just before it cooks and ready to serve.
