
MOROCCAN FOODS ARE EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT || TAGIA
This video is an attempt to show case some of the Moroccan foods I was privileged to try out during my stay here. The foods are fresh and lovely. There was a lot sweets, desserts, pastries and delicious easy foods and snacks everywhere. The Moroccans love to eat out and they have a beautiful weather for it too.
One of the popular cuisines is the Moroccan Tangia, often served in Tangine pot, an urn-shaped clay pot primarily used for preserving butter, honey, olive oil, and occasionally for cooking. The word Tangia is now famous for the rich and delicious meat-based dish prepared in Morocco, more specifically in Marrakesh. I had the pleasure of trying out some Camel, Fish, Chicken, Beef and Lamb Tangia and was blown away every time.
There was loads of kebabs, grills, fresh salads, olives, fruits, vegetables, rich olive oils and fresh bread of all kinds.
