now let's talk about this Legend Wendy Williams now since I started this show everybody's been asking me to talk about this situation I've just been waiting for the right time to talk about it cuz Wendy Williams if you do not know her she is a media Legend you either love her you hate her there's no such thing as being down the- middle when it comes to Wendy Williams she's actually one of the biggest Inspirations of me wanting to do this show she is one of the beacons of Pop Culture dare I say Wendy Williams is hipop but before the shade room before TMZ you had Wendy Williams okay so there have been so many broadcasters and people who have talked about pop culture for the last century but there was been no one who popularized talking about hip hop and urban culture and Black Culture as much as Wendy Williams before we even get into the situation of Wendy Williams I just want to play this clip of some of her most iconic moments Lucy stop it denial is a river in Egypt your husband is gay so now guess who's jealous of Adele Beyonce beon I am done with Taylor Swift yep yep yep yep yep I was a Swifty I was down I like the Mean Girl Taylor I like the I like the long-legged tayor how dare you Mr Spears you had me fooled and you too Mrs Spears death to all of them to all of them life could be worse oh no not really this is the worst this is the worst this is the worst mhm yeah anyway literally me clap if you care all right let's move on perfect oh my goodness Wendy Williams the icon you are a multi-decade career and and of course so many celebrities and people have hated her because she is always spilling the tea she is always being as real as it gets Wendy doesn't hold back now by now I'm assuming a lot of you know about this guardianship that Wendy has been put under so a guardianship also known as a conservative or conservatorship allows a court appointed entity to control a person's personal and or financial affairs and pretty much everything that they're allowed to do because they are deemed incapable of managing that themselves so due to this sealed court order we have not really been able to see the extent of the guardianship that Wendy Williams is under and this has all started I'm going to get into the timeline of all how all of this happened in just a minute here but Wendy Williams has been put under a court order by and it all started because of her bank which is weird a lot of you remember hearing about a conservatorship when talking about Britney Spears how for many years was put into this conservatorship I believe from like 2008 until just a few years ago and what's always what was always the most discomforting thing about that whole situation you even saw Wendy and that clip talking about the conservatorship is that when people go into these conservatorships they tend to end up worse than they started and with someone like Britney Spears if you remember the whole free Britney movement what was bizarre is that Britney was doing so much better when she was in court for example rather than what they allowed us to see which had a lot of people alleging that was she being drugged was this a clone was this whatever there were all kind of conspiracies and but things just continued to not add up and Britney wasn't really allowed to speak out about how much she hated the conservator ship because then they essentially would punish her but I just want to show for example what happened to Britney spece let's play the before like the during the conservatorship when she was in court versus what we saw by the time they allowed her to be released two years ago the last time I wrote all this down um the last L how C she sounds I will be honest with you I haven't been back to court in long time because I don't think I Was Heard on any level when I came to court the last time I brought four sheets of paper in my hands and wrote in link what I had been through the last four months before I came there the people who did that to me should not be able to walk away so easily okay so let's unpack that um honestly I should just make it a drinking game for you guys anytime you hear me say an industry that I used to work in you might as well open a bottle of wine um that resume is long I have done many many jobs in my life um but one of the jobs that I used to work at the first job I ever had was at a nursing home and we had an area of that nursing home called the East swing where it was essentially for people who are having mental Decline and because I worked at this job in high school and part of college I would witness some of the residents have this cognitive decline so I kind of know the signs and the symptoms of what it looks like as an outsider watching a cognitive decline and some of the things that you want to pay attention to when having that analysis is not that I'm a doctor or anything even though you know I got RX in the monogram cuz some of y'all need a prescription to get you away from the addictions that you have um when I look at someone like Britney Spears what I heard In that clip is she's very cognitive of time time awareness is a big thing if you were able to say when I was here 2 years ago and I brought this and I did this and then you guys didn't give me time to talk about this all of those are green flags that shows that somebody is coherent and again that is at a time when they were saying that she was cognitively impaired what's also interesting is if you think from 2008 to 2021 or two britty Spears had a lot of hits during that time she did many tours during that time she even talks about in that court appearance how she went on tour so how can you say that this woman is just mentally incapable of taking care of herself but you have her doing all of this work and you know that's a whole another conversation for another day because I want to stick on W or on uh Wendy but I just want to show you a comparison of how Brit was in this unfair situation and then how she appears now once they released her cuz I have a lot of questions about what was done to her in between that court appearance to when they finally allowed her to be public let's play this second clip this is from like took a really long bath and I um actually color I'm into coloring right now I like to color and I like to trace um the pictures and then go back over it with like um yeah I just know why I'm talking about that or why I'm oh it's because this Sabrina girl she uh she said my name on the red carpet and I thought that was kind of cool CU I forget I'm famous sometimes um that is not the same Britney Spears okay to say oh I forget that I'm famous sometimes I like to call her this literally is one of the greatest biggest Global pop stars of all time and as you heard not long before that clip she was completely there completely with it so I just have suspicions of what people do in these conservatorships and if you look again into that free Britney situation it seems like her family were all in cahoots of doing her dirty so that is part of why I'm so so concerned for Wendy because it's like what is Wendy being put through so she went on The Breakfast Club recently to talk about just how unfair the situation has been and then she did an interview I believe with TMZ where they show her outside of this Assistant Living facility that they have her entrapped in let's play that clip Wendy Williams is locked in a room in an assisted living facility in New York she can that's her the only way I could interview her was to have a camera in the street because we can't get a camera in she can't really have any visitors she cannot go outside she's been out twice in the last 30 days she has no internet she and I think rightly says she feels like a prisoner tell me what your life has been like over the past year what what is it like isolated where I am is this place where uh the people are older you know what I'm saying they they are in their 90s and their 80s I eat lunch and dinner in my bedroom I don't eat out there with the people that live here just cuz it's so God depressing there's a bathroom there's a closet and the TV which was purchased by me through the guardian person are you allowed to go out no okay so first of all if some of you are sitting here thinking like why should I care about this this is a prime example of government and corporate overreach okay and we're going to go through this timeline really quickly but I want you guys to be aware that some of these institutions have way too much power because if this can happen to somebody as wealthy and Powerful as Wendy Williams imagine what can happen to you okay so Wendy as you see here is very very with it she's very sharp she's witty she is her old classic self but there was a time where she wasn't so zooming through this timeline really quick so back in 2017 is when Wendy started to kind of lose her mind a little bit Wendy has always dealt with some health issues she's been very vocal about um some of the drug abuses that she had back in the past but I feel but she was sober for many years until her husband went and had an affair and was using Wendy's money and Wendy's house and Wendy's resources to take care of this baby mama H I really don't like baby mamas um so and dead beat dad this is the headline that anytime you look up Kevin Hunter U Wendy's ex-husband is going to come up so during that time Wendy Williams started abusing alcohol again and as we know alcohol can lead you down a very dark spiral so then she started to have more health challenges and she started to spiral a bit and she ended up going on Hiatus with her show which broke my heart around that time she ended up being diagnosed with frontal temporal uh frontal temporal dementia and Aphasia I'm going to say all these wrong I am not a doctor um but she was diagnosed with these different conditions and she was really going through it now around this time there were Financial concerns that were being brought up and Wells Fargo went and took the liberty of freezing Wendy Williams's bank accounts the thing is is Wendy Williams was newly divorce her show was over she was living her life okay and unless you are truly just crashing out and even in that situation I feel like if you have earned this money and you have made this money yourself this is not a trust fund this is not something that was given to her this is something that she has worked for for decades if she wants to blow all her money and live her life that is her business okay so for Wells Fargo this powerful feder or not federal but National entity to take the Liberty to freeze her account is something that we should all be very concerned about especially after what we saw in Canada where when the truckers were protesting and we saw so many people had their bank accounts Frozen never forget that I remember so vividly this story of this person who needed to buy medicine and literally could not buy their medicine because their bank account was frozen by the Canadian government and that was just a regular person and Canada is right there it is one border away so if you think that that energy can't come here then you are very mistaken so when these reports were made by by Wendy's old financial adviser Lori Schiller who claimed that Wendy Williams wasn't of sound mind they went to the court and then they appointed her this financial Guardian who is a straightup stranger named Sabrina morsy now this woman she just looks conniving I'm sorry she looks like Mark Zuckerberg before he started doing MMA Back when Mark Zuckerberg was like possessed by something okay this woman looks frightening no shade all shade actually all te all shade and all the fense to this woman because this stranger comes in and starts dictating how Wendy Williams can spend her money and what's so weird is that simultaneously what she wasn't really clocking is the fact that Wendy Williams's son who has been a notorious degenerate for a while now was blowing Wendy's money spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on yacht parties and such but she was letting that slide but she wasn't allowing Wendy to have her own money and then A&E in lifetime was going to do a docu series on Wendy to expose just like what is going on showing her cognitive decline but Sabrina actually filed a lawsuit I believe to stop them from being able to put the docu series out saying that it was exploitative but then the t is that they counter suited her saying that they had every right to air this which they ended up airing in 2014 and what it really showed is that Sabrina this person that was in control of all of Wendy's money was the real person that was exploiting her so for this to all be allowed is very frightening and Wendy started being more and more vocal in the last year of just how bad the situation is and the fact that she has the cognitive abilities to manage her own life she is now sober or at least like she's cleaned up her life she's not doing or drinking alcohol as much or at all at this point she has come back to her wits she has made a recovery which is a beautiful thing to see now that she has made this recovery there is no reason that this woman is locked in this basically a jail cell this assisted living home with 9 year olds where she's only been allowed to leave the house twice in the last 2 months she's literally a prisoner she can't spend her own money this is something that we all should be concerned about fortunately Wendy Williams just recently in like the last week or so signed an affidavit requesting the end of her guardianship so now there's going to be a whole cognitive ability test to see how she is doing and if she ends up not passing it she still can do an emergency petition to terminate the Guardianship and request a trial by jury and I am absolutely rooting for Wendy's Williams we even have a recent photo of her um she was also begging begging to be able to go see her 94-year-old father to uh to for his birthday because at 94 what do you want more than anything you want to see your children and as a child you want to see your your parents when they God willing get to that age so the fact that she had to beg to be able to go that just breaks my heart but I'm happy that Wendy Williams was seen in Florida in good spirits um looking healthier than she's looked in a very long time but as far as I'm concerned uh Wendy Williams has a lot more cognitive abilities than Joe Biden who was running our country for the last four years Joe Biden hasn't been as sharped focused or energized as Wendy is currently since the mid1 1900s so if he's allowed to run our country then Wendy Williams should be allowed to buy her own stuff we love you Wendy
