Glaciar Perito Moreno: La maravilla que desafía el cambio climático | Fujifilm XH2S + NiSi Swift VND
This glacier is one of the most important tourist attractions in Patagonia and is considered one of the "Seven Natural Wonders of Argentina." The glacier is named after the Argentine explorer Francisco Moreno, who was one of the first to explore the region in the 19th century. It is located in Los Glaciares National Park, in the province of Santa Cruz, Argentina, covering an area of approximately 195 km² and stretching 30 km in length, with a maximum height of 70 meters above the level of Lake Argentino. Additionally, it moves at a speed of about 2 meters per day, making it one of the most active glaciers in the world. It is an impressive and unique natural site, offering an unforgettable tourist experience.
We visited Los Glaciares National Park, and during a few hours of hiking, I captured these images, trying to convey the feeling and essence of being in that place, enjoying the fresh air, the breathtaking landscapes, and the sounds of the living nature.
