"Our Bakery" is a cafe known for its bread creations, including the popular "dirty chocolate" pastry with a texture reminiscent of "palmier carré."

The rough and crumbled texture of the bread stimulates both visual and tactile senses. Just as bread is made from flour, the concept explores the materials used in architecture and space creation, such as wood, stone, glass, metal, cement, and concrete.
Drawing parallels to bread-making, the designers decided to use concrete, mortar, and metal exclusively in their space, aiming to express diverse textures with limited materials.
They believed that simple and raw textures, similar to black-and-white photos, could evoke an honest and varied atmosphere.
By integrating the rough texture of concrete, they aimed to enhance the sensory experience of consuming bread.
Upon entering the space, attention is drawn to a large showcase where concrete chunks intersect with a column, serving as tables and chairs.
The designers also incorporated small elements like lights and metal materials embedded in the pillar to create a delicate contrast with the overall rough mass, adding a nuanced touch to the ambiance.
