January 2025 Florida Housing Market Update

For only the second time in at least the last 12 years, Florida’s median sale price decreased from the previous year. Also, what really stood out to me based on this new report is that the amount of homes for sale in Florida increased to AT LEAST a 9-year high but despite this, closed home sales decreased from a year ago.
