And these are two cars that we have tried to get since the first episode we were filming. Super high-end electric car versus the world's fastest V8 Corvette. What's up, man? What's going on? I don't know how you say Taycan, Taycan Turbo. The turbo just means fast. I think it makes like 670 horsepower. What is it? It's like 5,500 pounds? It weighs about 5,300 with me in it. Yeah. Those brakes are huge. How are they so shiny? It's a mirror. How do they do that? That's the shiniest brake I've ever seen. I put brand new brakes on, they rust in like five minutes. How do they do that? So he was telling me about it. It's like the brake caliper and pads don't dust. So this will not collect dust. But I've never seen a rotor so shiny. Yeah, I know. It's a weird new... And it might be to generate energy. I don't know. Right? Just say it with confidence. Say it with confidence. We believe you. Oh, it's curve system. Yeah. Well, the one thing I don't like about this car is that they call it a turbo. Yeah. It's kind of weird. I have a turbo. What do you mean? I have a turbo S. There's like two buttons. So there's the start button and then the hazards button, pretty much. That's all you need. I think this is the best looking electric car that's currently available. It doesn't look like it's trying to be the future. It just looks dope. We got a car called a turbo, but it doesn't have turbos. Oh, shit. I like where you're going with this. You can't even fit a golf bag in here anymore. So tell us about it. What's up with the motor? So Texas Speed built LT2, running an auxiliary fuel system. So you got port injection and DI. Yeah, a bunch of go fast parts. I love the headers that come up. The nitrous isn't hooked up. That's just for show, yeah. It's Bluetooth. I know these cars have had a hard time cracking the ECU. So how is this tuned? We are on piggyback, on piggyback, on piggyback. Is it top secret? Well, no. I mean, we have a special piggyback that was made by Pites Performance, where we're able to kind of trick some of the sensors to tell it what we want to tell it that it's seeing. We also have a Holley Dominator that we're using for the auxiliary fuel system. So that tank is purely meth and that goes to the port injection. So we're on 200 pound injectors just for that. So you have meth and then E85 or 91? Pump gas, but I'm on C16 right now. So you're just blending them inside the intake manifold? There's five mouth pumps on this car. All right. What do you have to do to the trans and the clutch and stuff to make all this happen? So the gearbox is stock, the basket's stock, but we do have upgraded Dodson clutches. So that really helped us to be able to put the power down to the tires. Did you say dots? Dodson. Oh. Yeah. I was like, what is that? You're thinking ice cream. Yeah, I was thinking ice cream too. Aside from that, just your typical twin turbo Delti. Hell yeah. Well, let's look at this wheel and tire setup because I love me some meaty meats. And some bicycle fronts. Yeah. The wheels, they're Forgeline beadlocks. I love them. 18 by 11 in the rear. And then we have 18 by five in the front. So it's a good little setup. What suspension are you on? I'm on KW Club Sports. Are these the like 18 way adjustables? No, that's a V5. Didn't they use your car as the testing grounds? This is the prototype kit for the C8. Yeah. So the first set of KW coilovers that were actually available to market were on this car. Nice. Cool. Well, what else? Bunch of wires. Red interior, a bunch of wires. All over the place in there. A lot of beep boop inside. Well, I'll say that your competitor is not intimidated by you in any way. Yeah, I don't think so. I mean, I don't know, man. I think that thing might walk me. Electric car. Also all wheel drive on a non-wrapped surface. All wheel drive, yeah. So here's the setup. We can go 500, 1,000 or 1,500 feet heads up. Which one do you guys want? I think we should start at the 1,000 foot and then make a determination on that. Find the middle? Let's do that. Let's do it. Line them up. Even though the Porsche is all wheel drive, electric turbo, something is telling me that Amelia is still going to come around them. So I'm going to go with Amelia on this one. On sound alone, I want Amelia's car to win for obvious reasons. But all wheel drive, instant torque, no gear shifts. It's just computerized speed. Unfortunately, the future is fast. Yo, there's no way I'm voting electric car over twin turbo V8. So I got to go with the Vette. Uh, I don't really know enough about the Taycan to even care. I like it. I would drive it, but I'm voting for Amelia. I think the Taycan is going to get it on the launch. But the C8's got it on the top end. Uh, shoot. I didn't know anything about it.
