Welcome to Madagascar—the only place on Earth where you can find lemurs in the wild. Sadly, their habitats are rapidly shrinking: 80% of Madagascar’s forests have already been lost to logging and wildfires. If deforestation continues at this rate, there may be no forest left by 2050.

For our 24th Planet Wild mission, we’re partnering with an organization that’s fighting deforestation in Madagascar while placing local communities at the heart of their efforts.
