WORKOUT DETAILS
Duration: 10 Minutes
Equipment: A set of dumbbells (I'm using 30 lb / 13.6 kg dumbbells), a mat and a bench or box (optional) -- if you don't have a bench then you can lay on the floor.
Timing: Each round consists of 3 exercises that you'll complete for 30 seconds each. You'll have a short 5 second rest between the first 2 exercises and then 30 seconds of rest after the third exercise.
