It's a different variety of diet. Some of these guys get about 30 pounds spread out over six times in one day. Six times? I wish I could eat six times a day. I do. How long does it take the dolphins to teach them a new behavior? It will take anywhere between three months to four months, depending on the individual dolphin. How long do dolphins live in their life? Females often live into their fifties. Males going to their forties. What does it take to become a trainer? Most necessarily require a degree in biology or zoology. But you know, you got to be a good swimmer. You got to have a passion for animals, the environment, stuff like that. And then they come up right behind you and then start pushing. You just start flying. Anyways, I felt like King Triton. What was your favorite part, Jazzy? Swimming with dolphins. This one is when you're on the boogie board and you just hold on. And the dolphin. I liked that one better than this. But my favorite part was when we were just, like, snorkeling, Because I would just go down, and then I was grabbing, like, dolphins. Yeah, I like the other one where you just hold out like this in the water, And then two dolphins come and you grab onto their fingers. Kind of like a really bumpy roller coaster. All right, Jack, tell me your favorite part. Well, my favorite part was probably when we had the boogie board and the dolphin pushed us all the way across. It was so fun. That was my favorite part. This is Linda, and she's gonna teach us about the dolphins. All right, so I'm gonna tell you a little bit about how we started with the dolphins. We actually started with a group of 17 dolphins that are known as the Katrina dolphins. And that's because those guys were left homeless hog following that hurricane. A lot of our viewers are kids, and they have no idea what constant conservation means. Can you explain what conservation means to them? So, conservation is just preserving the environment So that everybody else can see it. So we've actually done several rescue rehabs and releases with manatees throughout the Bahamas. And we keep track of them once we release them so that we know who's where and what they're doing. So you rescue dolphins, manatees, and other ocean creatures in the sea? We do, and we also help with conserving their environments as well. Because we go out and we do cleanups. We also do coral restoration projects. So we just want to make sure that they're good and their environment is good. What's the most amount of dolphins you've ever had here? Forty-five. Wow, they have 37 right now. That's crazy. So there are 37 dolphins here? How much food do they eat in a day? We go through about 1500 pounds of fish every day. There's nothing like a relaxing day at the beach. Hey, Kaden, where are all the snacks? I don't know. I thought you were supposed to bring them. I'm pretty sure Jack asked you to bring them. I didn't grab snacks. But I did grab these. Waah!
