What's up everyone and welcome to the club! In today's video, I'll show you step-by-step on how
to draw Pikachu from Pokemon. Let's begin today's lesson in the center of the page and draw two
circles for the eyes. Let's start with the one on the left. We'll start from the top of our circle,
bring that all the way down towards the bottom, and then back up. Now you want to leave a large
gap in between the eyes and draw the same size circle on the right. So start by lining up the
top of that circle, and you want to bring that down toward the same height, and then back up
towards the top. Now we're going to add two smaller circles on the top of each eye for the highlight,
all the way around, and it will fill the bottom area of the eyes in black.
Now we're going to line up the bottom edge of the eyes, move to the center, and draw the nose
with a straight line going across the top. I'm going to pull this down and in like an upside
down triangle, and we'll fill the nose in black. From the tip of the nose, let's step down,
curve the mouth coming down, and then up towards the left.
Go back to the center, come down towards the same height, and then up towards the right.
Let's open up the mouth. Starting from the bottom of this curve, I'm going to draw a half oval.
Come down, round up the mouth, and pull that back up. Now in the center of the mouth, add a curve going up
and down for the tongue. Now we're going to move out to the side and draw the lower half of the head.
Lining up the bottom of the left eye, we're going to step out. Let's bump out the cheek going out.
I just want to bend this in just underneath the mouth, go across, round out the right cheek,
and then bend that in. I want to draw two circles along the side of each cheek. Let's start on the
left side, go in, round out the cheek, and then bend that back out. Let's line up the top over on the right,
coming in the opposite direction, come down, and then back out. Now you want to work our way up along the
side of the head up towards the ears. Starting back on the left, we go up and bend that in, and I'll draw
the bottom edge of the ears. Start back over on the left, bend this out, and curve that up toward the tip
of the ear. Let's go over towards the right. We're going to bend this out in the opposite direction,
and then up towards the same height. Let's go back to the tip of the ear on the left,
bend the ear coming in, and then down on top of the head. Let's go to the right, and now we're going to tuck
the top of the head in behind the ears. So on the left side, we're going to step up, curve the head going up,
and then back down. Now to separate the tip of each ear, start on the top left, bend this out,
and then down. Let's line that up on the right, going out, and then down, and we'll fill the tip of the ears
in black. And once we finish filling that in, we'll be sure to sign our artwork and add a splash of
color, and that's pretty much it. That's how we draw Pikachu from Pokemon. I hope you enjoyed
today's lesson. If you did, please give this video a like and share with all your friends. I want to
thank you for watching, and I'll see you again soon.
