Hello and welcome to one of my favorite posts of the year, the watch I used the most in 2024.
So join me, the Udink team and many of our friends to tell some of the watches that we just couldn't get this year.
For me, this is the Spirit Zulu Team in Titanium, a limited edition that we launched at the end of 2023.
From the Swiss mountains to diving on the Costa Rica and certainly many trips to the office in New York,
I have used it a lot and I can't wait to take it on my adventures next year.
The watch I used the most in 2024 was my Cardier Panther.
Again, this is the watch I used the most in 2023, the watch I used the most in 2024 and I suspect it will be the watch I will use the most in 2025.
I have been working at Odeny for almost a decade and this is the watch from my small collection that still has the most of my face.
1, makes me feel natural and elegant at the same time, and that's really the only thing I always look for.
Also, the watch was a gift for my husband, James, on my 30th birthday, and I'm about to see a few more important marks in life in the coming years.
So, we are excited to see what other memories we can create with it.
Hi, I'm Jason Riton.
I'm an Udink freelancer editor and I need to choose the watch I used the most in 2024, which is difficult because I review 3 or 4 regularly.
But since I can only choose one, it will be this one, my Blan Pedy 50 Fatons Automatic from Titanium.
This is a watch that I have had for a few years and I've scratched it a lot underwater, even under the ice and in shipwrecks in the Great Lakes and French Polynesia.
And then, last summer, I was able to participate in two 5-day expeditions on the Canary Islands, on the coast of California, using this watch with the Oceanana.
You know, as an avid diver and someone who really appreciates the tradition and history of diving and diving watches, the Blanpin obviously occupies a special place in my heart.
And there's something about this watch.
I think it's the mix of its bold design with the history that is in it through the brand.
Just like you know it's high watchmaking, but it's a piece that really encourages me or inspires me to go out and have adventures with it.
And I think it's something I've always considered important.
And if there's a motto, it's not about the watch, but what you do when you use it.
And that applies especially to this one.
The watch I used the most this year is my Rob Erving Pizionic.
It's a version of the Smoking Erving that's currently in the catalog.
But I made some small adjustments, including a frame and some more complicated finishes.
Now, I don't think it's a surprise that a personalized watch is the one I'll use the most this year.
But I've wanted a hoverboard for years.
It's a really discreet watch, and the complication of having it is that it's a lot of fun to look at.
In addition, there is nothing like it on the market in this price range.
Hello guys, the watch I used the most this year was the Berneron Mirage in white gold.
For me, it was very unusual to use the same watch daily in the last 5 months.
I had the privilege of being one of the first owners of this watch.
On the wrist, the Mirage has a tremendous magnetism and was made without restrictions or concessions.
The texture of the golden movement is completely asymmetrical, detecting the box format.
The watch I used the most this year was the Oskolotec number 7.5.
Since I bought it in February, I've been taking it everywhere.
But the biggest reaction came at the Watches of Wonders fair.
As this watch is only available in Japan, many people approached me and I even made new friends.
Having this watch also gave me the opportunity to visit the office of its founder, Jiro Katiyama.
I'm super excited to see what they're going to launch next year.
The watch I will miss in 2024 was my Rolex Explorer 1 reference 114,270.
It's definitely a daily watch.
It matches everything.
I bought it when I started working at Audink, so it will always have a special place in my collection.
And, to be honest, the time is probably never right, to the displeasure of my colleagues at work.
But it's my ultimate normal watch and it's the watch I used the most.
The watch I will use the most in 2024 is my Rolex Datejust 41 reference 126,300.
It's a watch I bought in an exchange at the beginning of the year and I never imagined I'd have it or use it as much as I used it.
In this configuration with the Jubilee bracelet and the stainless steel bezel, the watch matches incredibly well in a variety of environments, on more elegant days, with social pants and a blazer or with a shirt and jeans.
It matches very well.
It's thin on the wrist.
This bracelet is amazing.
It's accurate.
It's durable.
It does everything.
And that's why it's my most used watch of 2024.
Hello, my name is Yuzuki Matagami.
I'm an editor at Odeni Japan.
The watch I used the most in 2024 was this.
Loin Spirit Zero Team Holding Edition.
It's as light and durable as a ZMT watch.
It's super easy to use.
And it was a great help on my work trips abroad.
But, more than anything, using this watch has been a great way to talk to other Odinc lovers.
For me, it seems that parts of my identity symbolize that I am part of the Odinc family.
The watch I used the most this year was my Rolex GMT Master II Pepsi.
I wanted a Pepsi for a long time, so, after finally buying one last year, it barely left my wrist.
It's the first thing I get in the morning, whether at home in New York or on the road in Geneva, Japan or Singapore.
And I hope it stays that way for a long time.
What watch did I use the most in 2024?
Dio Pre.
Yes, in fact, surprisingly, the Todano and the Chambéon.
I know you're all surprised.
Hmm, it had to be this watch.
This was a very important year for me.
Thank you all for your support.
Thank you Odinc for being part of this.
Thank you and good night.
The watch I used the most this year is my 1967 OE career, reference 3147S, with a silver dial.
It's the first lawyer's career with a date function, and they set noon, which doesn't make much sense,
because the chronograph pointer is on the date window all the time.
So, they only made it for two years, in 67 and 66.
This one has a recording in the back of the Northwestern Engine Co., which is a train operator,
but I studied at Northwestern University, so that's why I bought this one.
I use it about four or five times a week.
This is James from Analog Shift, and the watch I used the most this year was this P.C. Philippe 3940J with a perpetual calendar.
It kind of sums up what a P.C. Philippe should be to me, with relatively thin proportions,
35mm case, highly complicated and yellow gold, which for me is what they all should be.
But what makes this watch particularly special is that it comes with a signed wristwatch from Hize Speed.
It's basically on my wrist since I bought it at the beginning of this year.
So, yes, the 3940J with an amazing bracelet.
Hello, hello, it's me.
So, you, this is the watch I used the most.
Yes, you know, this is a G-Shock with Ben Clymer.
This watch covers an incredibly wide range, from daily work to trips and, of course, weekends with children.
What makes it even more special to me is the backpack, which is a collaboration with ASICHA.
A brand loved by none other than our own bank escalator.
Adding to its personal meaning, it came to my list as a little surprise from them a day before the official announcement of the G-Shocks that I've seen.
This is the best support.
Hello guys, this is Pedro from Hitchin Insurance.
It will be no surprise to any of my colleagues at work that the watch I used the most in 2024 was, once again, my Saka 5303 Diver.
The only difference this time is that I have the certified chronometer version.
I sold the first version at the beginning of this year and then bought the certified chronometer version and I'm loving it.
I can't say anything else.
I hope everyone has a great holiday and a happy new year.
The watch I used the most in 2024 was this Unimatic U1 SMP.
I had ordered the new stainless steel bracelet that is available this year.
And now that I have it, I love the look and the fall of this watch on my wrist.
It's a little more robust, but that didn't stop me from using it all the time, even in some dives in Florida and Barbados.
Hello guys, this is Ben Clymer, founder and president of Radink.
This was a great year for us, obviously.
One, a lot has changed. I think it was for the best.
One, and with that, I'm back to the role of leading this company that I started so many years ago.
Which is very exciting.
And with that, one, I went back to basics in many ways, as I said in a recent story.
And the watch I use a lot is not much different from last year's, which was a Day-Date, Rolex Day-Date.
One, I still use this watch a lot, but this is my first year with the watch, which will be no surprise.
And I think I'll probably get some eye twists here.
But this is the watch I used the most.
It's the Rolex Daytona Lemon in white gold.
One, this watch is everything I love in watchmaking, except the hype.
One, it's just weird.
I love Daytona.
I've always loved and always loved.
I've always loved Paul Newman.
It's precious metal.
Lately, I've been using more precious metal watches than steel.
This one is getting rough.
I've had it for about 14 months.
I always use it.
The second classified should also be no surprise, because, you know, if the Daytona Lemon is a very me watch,
this is undoubtedly an even more me watch, because it literally has my name and I was the one who designed it.
This is the Benchclimber G-Shock we made at the beginning of this year.
The last watch in a collection that was designed by John Mayer.
It's fantastic.
I was the one who designed it.
I love it.
I always use it.
It's my companion for almost every weekend.
I use it to travel.
It's simply fantastic and a great memory of the last 16 years of doing radink.
So these are the watches I've used the most.
