founder and his fiance Lauren Sanchez have been making waves on Miami's Ultra exclusive Indian cre Island also known as the billionaire bunker it all started in 2022 when Bezos dropped $68 million on a 2.8 acre estate but that was just the beginning a few months later he snatched up the 19,000 Square ft Mansion next door for $79 million and in 2024 he shocked Miami once again by adding a third property for a staggering $90 million with more than 4 Acres of prime Bayfront real estate Bezos is now one of the biggest land owners on Indian Creek joining an elite club of neighbors like Tom Brady Ivan Kat Trump and Jared Cushner so what does nearly a quar billion dollars buy you in one of the world's most exclusive neighborhoods let's take an inside look at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's jaw-dropping Miami Mega Mansion Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez are often seen jet setting around the world embracing luxury and Adventure but when they're home their life is surprisingly laidback Lauren RAC recently shared that she and Jeff cherish their Quiet Moments the most saying my favorite time is when the house is calm and quiet and Jeff and I are deciding what show we're going to binge that night though their TV preferences differ they love their cozy binge watching sessions some of their more recent favorites baby reindeer Fallout presumed innocent and Severance after years in Seattle Jeff and Lauren relocated to the ultra exclusive Indian Creek Island in Miami a private Enclave known as the billionaire bunker in 2023 Jeff purchased two sprawling Estates one for $6 million and the other for $79 million then in April 2024 he added a third Mansion for $90 million reportedly planning to make it their primary residence while demolishing the previous two the first $68 million estate on Miami's billionaire bunker that Jeff and Lauren purchased features a 9,259 ft concrete house set on nearly near 3 acres of breathtaking water views the home was built in 1965 expanded in 1985 and featured three bedrooms inside Bezos was expected to bulldoze this property and planed to build a new mega mansion on the beautiful waterfront Land next Jeff purchased the second Mansion for $79 million which was epic all on its own as we can see from listing photos in fact this one was apparently the largest of them all boasting seven bedrooms 11 baths and spanning 19,000 Square ft on 2 Acres there are also epic features like a home Cinema and multiple Grand living areas the couple's waterfront properties feature luxurious pools Lush Greenery and breathtaking Bay views last year Jeff basos made headlines Again by purchasing a third property on Indian Creek Island for staggering $90 million however it's one of his earlier Acquisitions that's now drawing legal attention the seller of the $79 million Mansion or the second one he bought Brazilian businessman Leo Chris the former owner while he filed a lawsuit against Real Estate brokerage Douglas element claiming the firm misled him about the buyer's identity ultimately costing him $6 million Chris who is the co-founder of the electronics company tech toy originally bought the property in 2014 for $28 million through his firm Tam investments in May 2023 he listed the seven bedroom estate feuring a wine seller Library theater and pool for $85 million just a month later Bezos purchased a neighboring three-bedroom home for $68 million when Chris received a $79 million offer shortly after he inquired whether the billionaire Amazon founder was behind it according to the lawsuit Jade Parker CEO of Douglas elements Florida Division personally assured Chris that Bezos wasn't the buyer and the purchaser wouldn't go higher than $79 9 million So based on this Chris agreed to sell at a 7.1% discount only later to discover the buyer was indeed Bezos now Chris is suing Douglas element for the $6 million he believes he lost by unknowingly selling to Bezos his legal team argues that knowing Bezos was assembling properties on the island would have been highly material to negotiations and the final sales price as well well either way Jeff's collection of properties solidifi he and Lauren's move to the Sunshine State Jeff's move wasn't just about real estate it was personal wanting to be closer to his parents Mike and Jackie Bezos who recently purchased two waterfront homes in Coral Gables for $78 million he left behind Seattle the city where he built Amazon from the ground up he wrote on an Instagram post Seattle has been my home since 1994 when I started Amazon out of my garage but my parents have always been my biggest quarters they recently moved back to Miami and I want to be close to them as exciting as the move is it's an emotional decision Seattle will always have a piece of my heart now from their stunning Miami Retreat Jeff and Lauren continue to balance a life of billionaire luxury and Simple Pleasures Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez have definitely established
