The secret behind Hong Kong milk tea recipe revealed! 港式奶茶秘方公開! I show you how to make Hong Kong milk tea using a secret blend of tea leaves and the brewing method. Any left over tea can be used to make Hong Kong lemon ice tea in the future.

These are not the exact brands I used, but will do just fine. Note that the Chinese Red tea is what westerners call black tea. It's the same type of tea, but with different flavor profiles.

15g Red Tea
10g Ceylon Tea
5g Pu Er Tea
2 Egg Shells
Condensed Milk
