What up, what up? Will here with the Baseball Bat Bros. And today folks, we have gathered some of our worst reviewed bats ever with the goal of finding out what is the worst BVCOR bat of all time. Let's get it. Disqualified. We have eight bats. We got me and JT. We are each gonna swing four of them and we are each gonna pick the worst of our four to match up in a showdown for the worst BVCOR bat of all time. So we're gonna do a little draft. You gotta pick what you think going in is gonna be the very worst bat, then we'll show you all the bats we have today. So pick one, what you got? I'm going with my least favorite bat on this channel so far. Had the most history with it. Great pick. I guess not the OG, this is OG. That's the first one we ever swung, the 2019 Mizuno MaxxCore Squishy Barrel. This is how I was introduced to this hell of a bat. The sweet spot was just like non-existent. When I got jammed or hit it off the end, it hurt my hands a lot. I feel like I gotta also make sure we each have one. Ladies and gentlemen, the OG 2015 Mizuno MaxxCore. Probably the worst looking bat of all time. Look at that Coke can of a barrel, man. All right, the spinny handle. I was picking it up earlier. It feels so bad. Like when I'm rocking the bat, it's spinning in my hand just like this. Oh, I don't know how any player ever would pick this up for the first time, hit with it and be like, yeah, I like that. Okay, I'm gonna kind of go out on a limb here. This is the 2012 first ever Nike BB Core bat, the Nike M1. There's an internet article about how colleges were complaining about how bad this bat was that they got their contract changed. So I'm gonna trust them. I've never hit with it. Going with the Quattro. Yeah, Cam's gonna hate this one. Yeah, Cam Clayton. Bad review right there. It's expensive and I wouldn't, I would buy a $50 String King off of eBay over this. I would not swing this, I'm sorry. This was one of our worst reviews of all time. So I'm gonna go with it. The 2023 Louisville Slugger Vapor. This was a budget bat. I'll go with the Walmart bat, 70 bucks. I think that's gonna bang. That bat's probably gonna be good. It's got some head to it. The Marucci Cat 9 Composite. What's hilarious about this one, it debuted as the most expensive BB Corp bat of all time. $550 and it's trash, so. Look where we are now. Look where we are. The grand finale. So four versus four, I'll eat us off. All right, folks. So we are going for lowest exit Velos, worst feel off the barrel, most sting on the hands. And we are starting off with the formerly $550 Marucci Cat 9 Composite BB Corp. That sounds so bad. All right, so just as I remember, this sounds horrible. Ball's flying all right today though, 92. Okay, kind of decent barrel right there. All right, we're cooking, 95. Okay, this is not, I don't think this is gonna win the video. And what I mean by that, I don't think this is gonna be the worst bat of all time. I think we'll probably get one or two. That's 96 off the end of the bat. Oh my gosh. We got one. Oh, took me about six swings to find barrel, but hey, 101, 380, dude. That's perfect barrel. Come on. Bro, one more, 95. That felt great. Pretty good. All right, we'll take it, 98. So a high of 101 with the Cat 9 Composite. Overall, a pretty bad hitting experience. All right, so it's pretty cold today. I'm very terrified of how much this is gonna hurt my hands, but now we got the Louisville Slugger Vapor. Okay, that dude, that felt good. Have we been sleeping on it? 100.3, instantly I think this is better. This might be disqualified. That felt good, I found the barrel there. What is going on? That actually felt good, 100 miles an hour. Ow, disqualified, way too good. Oh, disqualified, 101.6, 400 footer. All right, so maybe the Cat 9 is that bad. Let's move on to the Nike Bat, the bat that college players were complaining about. To be fair, it was the first year of BB Corps. We're gonna see if this is really that bad. I'm not really sure yet. Bro, I mean, the barrel looks good. The swing weight feels really good. Okay, this is not that bad. That's hit really well. That's our highest exaviole of the day, 103.9. This is not that awful. Compared to the Squishy Barrel and the Cat 9, this is not that bad. Oh, baby. Knuckler hit hard, 103. This bat's too good, guys. That is a chance, did not sound good. All right, 400 footer, 102.6. This bat is definitely too good to be called the worst bat ever, disqualified. All right, so I bought this bat on eBay, new in the wrapper, this has never been hit with. I heard another YouTube channel, Bat Digest, call this thing the worst BB Corps bat of all time. It's that same Squishy Barrel exterior. It's literally rubber on the outside. Polymer sleeve that is injected and embedded onto the aluminum. The barrel profile is insane on this thing. So this is definitely the, I'd say this is the one seed. What? That hurts so bad. That felt like I was hitting with one of the pitching machine legs. There's no way it feels that bad on every swing. Okay, it can hit, that was fine. Okay, end of the bat, sounded atrocious, vibrated a ton, 85. Dude, that's a confidence builder, 96 miles an hour. Okay, we might crack a hundred. Man, that's not good. Come on, catch a barrel, dude. Ah! Feel alone this might win. Ah! I really thought I got that. That went 95 for 350. Dude, this is the clear favorite. Barrel. Barrel City, 98. Wow, that's awful. Okay, these are the two clear front runners. We're gonna get one more with each bat. Dude, it's the squishy barrel. It's a hundred percent the squishy barrel, 99. Yeah, this is bad, but it's actually a little tolerable to hit with. Okay, back to this piece of work. Ow! This is so living up to the hype as being the worst bat ever, 95. One more chance. Perfect, perfect. Give us a hundred. 100.0, I swear. That, I mean, I absolutely pured that ball. Easy decision, easy decision. The OG 2015 Mizuno MaxxCore Squishy Barrel is probably the worst bat I've ever swung. All right, guys, I got my four. We're starting with the Quattro, the Quattro Pro. Yeah, that's cool. Oh, bro, this is fine. All right, I'm swinging hard. It's fire. Oh, what was that Velo? Ow! Bro, that was off the end. Not bad. I don't know, that was kind of hands. With the Quattro, the bare minimum. Not bad. I hope there's worse bats. Yeah, all right, so for those of you that don't know, they came out with this technology so that you never roll over, huh? It spins. See how it works. Hey, I didn't roll over. That felt very good. Short hop. 99. It's money. You can, I just did it. That'll backside gap. Yeah, I mean, it's already better than the Quattro. So getting to the Eastman Speed, I'm hyped. Ow! Oh my! 103! Insane! Why is it the coldest night of the year so far? We could have picked a way better time of year to do this. All right, the Squishy Barrel, everyone. Yowch! Dude, what do they make this with? And outside you have our viscoelastic polyurethane sleeve. Ow! Did you see it like curve? It was hands. Dude, this one doesn't hurt as bad. Oh! Rocked! All right, switching to this guy. Do you think it's better? Way better. You think with a soft barrel it wouldn't ring you up. I am the greatest baseball player of all time. God! That was a decent barrel. Last one. Almost killed Cam! Yes! I don't know how it's worse than this. All right, John's got me terrified to hit with these. I'm gonna start with the one that I know. The 2015. Bro, that was smoked. 95. God! Okay, it's... I mean, don't get me wrong. This is one of the worst bats I've ever swung. It's possible to kind of get it though. 88, 348. It somehow combines it all. The sweet spot sucks. It's super heavy. And it has no pop. Bro, we didn't even mention how bad the taper is. Like, that was an afterthought. I mean, it's just a hammate bone shredder. If I was getting paid like a million a year, I could probably hit with this. Bro, that was 97. Let's go. The 2019 MaxxCore. Do you realize that your comments on this bat discontinued this bat forever? If it wasn't for you, we'd still have a squishy barrel, dude. Whoa! Dude, it's like hitting with glass. Wow, it's stiff. And the barrel is like actually squishy too. Okay. Dude, that was nice. That was nice. 93, bro. Dude, that, how? How did somebody approve that? 80 miles an hour. Okay, easily. The all-time champion.
