Making a Winter Edwardian Walking Skirt | #HomeForTheHolidays

I machine and hand sew a tartan flannel winter Edwardian walking skirt, this is part one of two parts, I plan on making a matching Jacket to make this winter suit. I got the flannel from Joann's on sale, and was planning to have this suit be ready for the holidays, it's a bit late, but I've finally gotten the walking skirt done.
