PERU’s most UNDERRATED places I Arequipa & Lake Salinas

After a week in the Sacred Valley, our trip to Peru moves to Arequipa to explore the Laguna de Salinas wildlife reserve, home to flamingos, vicuñas, and viscachas. Highlights include visiting the San Camilo market, Santa Catalina monastery, and tasting local Peruvian cuisine. Finally, we head to the Peruvian jungle near Cusco to meet local coffee planters and learn about coffee production.
