Fixing an Electric Over Hydraulic Dump Bed That Is Stuck Up In The Air

so they called us and they said well actually they come in there and they said I'm shocked told me to dump truck still not so what you mean to dump truck still they say you know the dump trucks took nice well where's it stuck at figuring I'm wide to go get a machine and drag this thing out of the mud somewhere and they tell me it stuck at the debris pile I said well wipe they're driving in the Murray they said they didn't driving in the debris and I said then how the hell is it stuck they say the bed stood so they claimed the bed will not come down so we're gonna go over him figure it out and we got a test light in pair pliers oh hell I bet y'all know what it is but we walked up on it yet first thing we're going to check is underneath whoo its core puppyhood give me tests like the hood open open this hood these up right here is the point okay that's the pump there it's got the pump the motor everything yeah I've replaced this say two months ago now were twice that month and a half ago I replaced the whole setup who's having problems with it I just replaced it now if you're gonna work underneath one of these things there's this that's the safety bar there this thing could come down at any given moment I am standing beside it where it can't get me if it does come down it will scare the hell out of me though but it will not get me so I don't want to get in there and work unless I absolutely have to Simon we'll start up here at the front and make sure it's get powerful which I'm pretty sure it's not power core and I've got 40 of these trucks I'm over so everyone on the different okay no way okay first things first this is the fusible link for this thing let's check it here no power and here that's what's problem we need to take this off okay wardrobe so I've got fun of people working here and nobody could figure out a few that's the problem thank you Bob 400 Reba okay come on go go okay just like I suspect his fuses blow [Music] it was a hundred the one that was in here was a 250 and I didn't have a I didn't have a 250 so I had this one star last time when that motor blew so I slammed this one in and it's worked for about two months but I so I had it sitting on my desk I never put it in here basically last time they was at a job site so I took a screwdriver I jumped across these two terminals they just to get the bed down so we get it back to the shop when I did I booked her to threats up over here so I can't get this nut off so what I did with this thing was until I cut the hand and splayed it and slid it in underneath and this one here I didn't want cooks I just don't know they put this and put over a lock washer which made up the distance where it was messed up there and then put my locking [Music] and then put another nut on there Jamna hold it all together so now it's got a 200 amp in it and this is pretty common when you get into these dump throats about all of them it's electric electric over hydraulic get you [Music]
