隨著中共財政惡化，醫保政策也在不斷更改規則，醫保政策的不透明、分配不公、自費比例提高等問題，引發社會不滿和抗議。

近年來，因為中共地方政府沒錢，頻頻出台政策，設置種種障礙，提高民眾自費比例。個人醫保帳戶可支配部分逐步減少，不少人因報銷比例低及政策不公，放棄參保。

前不久，有中國女博主網上爆料，自己失業後不能再使用以前單位繳的醫保，並直呼這就是詐騙。
