So I just found three work from home jobs I think you're really going to like.
One of them you'll start January 16, 2025. I have a no experience needed work from home job
and I have a job where you'll be doing some human resource administrative work.
And this one I'm considering entry level, maybe just a little bit above entry level,
but I know a lot of you are looking for this kind of work.
So I'm going to start off with that one and it comes to us from the company Harbor Freight.
This is for an HR administrator level one. It's a full-time remote position anywhere
within the United States. Even though they have a location indicated as Calabasas, California,
that's just where the company is based out of.
And like I always do, I'm going to scroll down this job to see if they tell us how much they pay.
And way down here, we see they're going to pay anywhere from $19.38 up to $29.13 per hour.
And of course, that depends on your location, knowledge, skills, and education.
In addition to that salary, they offer your typical suite of benefits.
So as a human resource administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining
the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to unemployment.
And you'll maintain all files and documents,
ensuring the company remains compliant with all state and federal regulations.
So what that means is you'll support the administration and coordination
of electronic employee personnel files, adhering to company-wide policies and procedures.
You'll organize and maintain confidential files and records.
And you'll be responsible for reviewing and ensuring accurate completion of new hire paperwork.
You'll also process eligibility requests for internal transfers,
promotions, rehires, and demotions.
You'll process changes in employee status, including employment transfers,
wage changes, and employee personnel information updates.
You'll maintain corrective actions and separation documentation
for unemployment claims and legal requests.
Answer all requests via multiple communication methods,
such as phone calls, emails, tickets, et cetera, for all areas of the organization.
You'll be responsible for completing subpoenas and employee verification requests.
You'll also maintain I-9 and E-Verify file integrity.
And you'll perform general clerical duties.
So every day you'll be utilizing multiple systems and screens,
so you must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment.
And something I noticed right here that I want to bring to your attention,
they tell us you may travel up to 5% of the time.
Now I'm not sure if that really pertains to this job,
or if they just put that in there because they needed to fill that space in this job lead.
You'll have to clarify that with them.
And all they're asking for is a high school diploma or equivalent,
and they'd like you to have at least two to three years experience
in a clerical or administrative role,
and at least one to two years experience in a human resources role.
You need customer service experience.
Experience working with confidential information and data is required,
and they want you to have experience using HR systems.
And they tell us experience with UKG is a plus.
You're comfortable using computers.
You're organized.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
You can maintain a high level of confidentiality,
and you work well with others.
You can also work with a sense of urgency,
and you're able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
You can write routine reports and correspondence.
You're able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
You're a problem solver,
and you're able to interpret a variety of instructions
furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
So they're going to pay $19.38 up to $29.13 per hour.

This is job number one.
So that brings us to our second job,
and this one you'll be starting January 16th, 2025.
This job comes to us from Care Net Health.
They're looking for a radiology scheduler.
So you'll be working from home full-time starting January 16th, 2025,
and your schedule starts at 10 a.m., and that's central time,
but you don't have to live in the central time zone.
Just translate your local hours to those hours,
and they're going to pay $16 per hour.
Now, I get it.
$16 an hour, that might be a little low for some of you,
especially if you live in the more expensive-to-live areas.
But look at it like this.
This is a very beginner-friendly work-from-home job.
All they really want is just a few months of customer service experience.
So if you're fresh out of high school or you're getting back into the workforce,
this is a really good opportunity.
In this job, you'll schedule radiology appointments,
such as breast imaging, DEXA injections, MRI, CT, ultrasounds, and fluoroscopy,
and you'll handle questions and concerns regarding patient imaging needs
and document all patient and member interactions via the management system.
You'll use excellent communication and multitasking skills,
and you must be able to research customer issues and find workable solutions.
You can identify and understand customer needs,
quickly gain customer trust and confidence
while maintaining effective relationships with customers.
You'll take appropriate action to ensure customer needs are met
and proactively search for ways to increase customer satisfaction.
It sounds like this is a fast-paced kind of job
because you'll be managing through multiple and competing priorities,
so you need to be able to determine the appropriate process
to accomplish tasks while eliminating roadblocks
and changing your work behavior as needed to accommodate changing demands.
And because you're going to be working on competing priorities,
you need to be competent working in multiple systems,
such as Care Net CRM, Client CRM, Teams, and Outlook.
And it looks like they're going to cross-train you in other areas within the company.
All you need is a high school diploma or a GED,
and they want you to have six or more months of general business experience,
preferably in a customer service environment
or the equivalent in related work experience.
So there you go, you just need a few months of customer service experience.
So if you ever worked in retail, maybe you were a server,
this might be a really good opportunity for you.
You're able to type at least 40 words per minute.
You're comfortable using computers.
You're a problem solver.
You're available to work 10 a.m. central time zone schedule.
And again, you don't have to live in that time zone.
Just translate your local hours to those hours.
And you must have reliable internet connection.
Satellite and 5G connections are not acceptable.
And scrolling back up here,
they talk a little bit about the soft skills they want you to have.
You're empathetic.
You're able to multitask.
You have strong healthcare background
and believe part of your job is to advocate for your patients.
And that part I'm going to take with a grain of salt
because they're not requiring any related work experience for this job.
And you roll with the punches on any given day.
And you respect different cultures and know that rule following is essential.
So this sounds like an easy scheduling job that starts January 16, 2025.
And they're going to pay $16 per hour.
If you like this one, you can find the direct link below.
This is job number two.
Our final job comes to us from Voya Financial.
And this is an entry-level, no experience required work from home job.
They're looking for an associate tax analyst.
This is a full-time remote position.
You can do this job anywhere within the United States.
And they are going to pay way down here.
This is a pretty good salary for this job.
So they tell us they're going to pay anywhere from $58,900
up to $73,630 per year.
That comes to $28.32 up to $35.39 per hour.
In addition to that salary, they offer a pretty decent suite of benefits,
including a tuition reimbursement of up to $52.50 per year.
So you definitely don't need to be a tax whiz for this job.
You'll be responsible for processing, record maintenance,
tracking data, and moderate project work associated with the maintenance of tax records.
You'll assist in the collection of tax data and the preparation of tax returns.
So that means you'll process withholding payment activity, maintain tax form data.
You'll conduct reconciliations, respond to federal and state inquiries.
You'll also maintain tax documentation and procedures,
assist team members in work efforts as directed.
And you do all that while pursuing developmental opportunities.
They're asking for a bachelor's degree or relative experience
and zero to three years of experience or internships
working with internal and external business partners.
So there you go, zero to three years of experience.
You need to be analytical, self-motivated, you're a good communicator,
and they prefer you have Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
So this job can pay over $35 per hour.
If you like this one, you can find the direct link
in the description area below this video, job number three.
Alrighty, there you go.
Three work from home jobs for you, an entry-level human resources job,
a job that's going to start January 16th, 2025,
and a no experience needed, pretty good paying work from home job.
Hopefully one of them works out for you.
