It was hot... very hot. So please excuse my utterly childish whining about the lack of a GPS. The trip was about to get a LOT better. This is one of those videos that I thought about skipping the upload because I was so negative... but then again, this is the RAWness. It just goes to show, once again, that it's a good idea to PREPARE and TEST your gear before you're out on the road with it. It was this same GPS that nearly led us to our demise!

So ladies and gentlemen, the consensus from my facebook folks (you can join them at www.facebook.com/everideorg) was to upload the Utah Backcountry Discovery Route footage raw. This works for me because there is so much of it... and it's been sitting there for so long... that editing the whole thing was a scary proposition.

My brother and I did a fantastic dual sport motorcycle adventure on the Moab section of the UTBDR on our trusty Kawasaki KLR 650 and Suzuki DR 650. Things went great until I started to have throttle issues. There was a huge storm, we got lost a few times, and ended up nearly dying from lack of gasoline, air in our tires, and especially water.
