There's something going on there with this person, and until this is finalized, they won't come in, because if they do, they're going to bring all these people and a division, and these people have already tried to cause a division between you and your person in the past, and I can guarantee you now, unless you two can make a clean break and you're not relying on other people for something, that cycle will continue to perpetuate.
