Salt and pepper: as needed Olive oil: for frying fish How to prepare: 1. Pour water into a large pot and bring it to a boil. 2. Wash and dry salmon with water. Then add salt and pepper to it. 3. Pour olive oil in a fish cooker or a pan and fry the salmon in it until it is golden and ready on both sides. 4. Add the plums to the large pot and cook for a few minutes until the plums are soft and the plum sauce is prepared. 5. Add some of the plum sauce to the fried salmon and gently mix all the ingredients together. 6. Place the salmon dish with plum sauce on the wood fire until it heats up in a few minutes, and the flavor of the sauce is added to the fish.
