Let's make honey sesame dark chocolate bark. This easy recipe is a healthy dessert that's
naturally gluten-free and dairy-free. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Start by adding 85 grams of
unsweetened wide flake coconut, 57 grams of unsweetened fine shredded coconut, 113 grams
of pumpkin seeds, and 85 grams of sesame seeds to a large mixing bowl. Next, add a quarter cup of
extra virgin olive oil, 85 grams of raw honey, and 22 grams of maple syrup to a small pot.
I'm using crystallized honey here, which is a great way to use up this kind of honey.
Put the pot over medium heat and melt completely. Once the mixture is completely melted, pour it
over the top of the coconut and seeds and stir to combine completely. Line a quarter sheet pan with
a half sheet pan size of parchment paper. This will allow it to be larger than the pan and it
makes it really easy to remove this bark after it's baked. Transfer the mixture to the pan and
spread it out evenly. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from
the oven and immediately add 284 grams of mini dark chocolate chips on top. Let them sit for a
few minutes and then spread them out with a spatula and watch them melt. You can also melt the
chocolate and add it on top as well. Once the chocolate is completely melted, you can let it
cool completely or you can place the tray in the freezer to speed up this process. Then, break the
bark into pieces and enjoy! This easy and healthy dessert is crispy, crunchy, with sweetness and
dark chocolate. I hope you love it as much as I do. If you want more easy organic recipes,
