DAY 1 Osaka → Tokyo In mid-December, I take a paid day off and go to Tokyo to work for emuu. This time I travel to Tokyo to request revision of 1st sample of loungewear. We will visit the company in Tokyo in person. (Memo summarizing revisions 📝) Arrive at Tokyo station in the morning. Tokyo station I have some time before the business meeting, so I'm going to have lunch. Ginkgo trees are beautifully colored 🍂. Leave luggage in locker and go to restaurant for lunch. First time to Kita-sando. Seems to be a calm and beautiful town to live in...! 7 minute walk from Kita-sando station to a delicious pho restaurant 🍜. Stylish and cozy restaurant. Chicken pho, medium size (¥1200) is ordered! The noodles are smooth and easy to eat, and the soup tastes delicious anyway... ‼︎ This was the best pho I've ever had ✨ It was easy to eat, perfect for lunch and easy to go in alone. 🙆‍♀️ After filling up, it's time to go to the business meeting. I'm off! I was so serious that I forgot to take a video💦. (I'm choosing a ribbon to match my pajamas🎀) I was able to tell them everything I had prepared and everything I wanted to tell them! All business is finished and we go to Roppongi. I came to Roppongi Hills to see the illumination of Keyakizaka-dori. 🏙️ The Christmas market is in full swing 🎄✨ Waiting at the cafe until 5pm when the lights are turned on. Order Gato marron cake and iced cafe latte. I was worried about the price of the gateau marron cake, 950 yen, but I really wanted something sweet 🥹. I was kind of tired, so this sweetness was sinking in. 😮‍💨 The sky is getting darker and darker and the atmosphere is getting better 🌆✨ Heading towards Keyakizaka-dori 🚶🚶. The most popular dish “Pasta with fresh sea urchin in cream sauce” is a must for sea urchin lovers 💛 The last dish I ordered was aqua pazza with sea bream. (The whole fish is super big!) Christmas party shopping, I'm off! shopping I come home, have lunch, and make a cake. This year I made a simple chiffon cake. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the bone-in thighs and put them in a storage bag. 1/2 t salt, 1.5 t basil, 2 t olive oil, 1 t lemon water, grated garlic Air out the bag, close it, and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors soak in. 一部崩れてしまったけど、ふわふわに焼けました👏 ケーキの盛り付けを始めます🎂 生クリームを泡立て💭 !? ボウルが小さすぎたのか、生クリームをぶちまけてしまった...🤦🏻‍♀️ ボウルと泡立て器を変えたら大丈夫でした🙆‍♀️ 少しゆるめに泡立てます。 盛り付けるいちごの準備🍓 美味しそうすぎて何個か食べてしまった🫢 クリームを垂らすアレンジに挑戦！ 半分に切ったり、全体にナッペするとかなり時間がかかってしまうのですがこれだと簡単です どこまで垂らすのが良いのか、調整が難しかった💦 好きなようにいちごを並べていきます🍓 リース風になるようミントの葉ものせました🌿 解けない粉砂糖を振りかける。 いちごを足したり、バランスを整えて完成🎂✨ 少し休憩して、クリスマスディナー作り開始❕ 今年は4品作ります! まずはかぼちゃのミートパイ🎃 にんにく1片をみじん切り 玉ねぎ(小)1個、にんじん1/2個 フードプロセッサーでみじん切り にんじんなしで、玉ねぎ2個でも良いと思います🙆‍♀️ 2分加熱して少し柔らかくなったかぼちゃ(1/4個)🎃 皮の部分を全部とり、潰しやすいサイズにカットします 耐熱ボウルに移し、さらにレンジで4分加熱して柔らかくします 今回1/4個分潰しましたが、実際に使ったのは1/6個くらいです 残ったかぼちゃは後日スープにしました フライパンにオリーブオイルをひき、にんにくから炒める にんじん、玉ねぎも投入し、しんなりするまで炒めます 牛豚の合い挽き肉200gも入れ、お肉の色が変わるまで炒めて 味付けは塩1/2t、ケチャップ2T、中濃ソース2T ミート部分の完成✨ 次に、まな板に強力粉を広げパイシートを伸ばします。 パイ皿に設置。 生地が余る部分はハサミで切って調整✂️ 1番下にかぼちゃの層をつくる。 ミートを上にのせていきます もう一枚のパイシートは横1〜1.5cmの棒状に8本以上になるように切っていきます これをパイ生地に設置🥧 生地部分に卵黄を塗って、あとは焼くだけです 200℃に予熱したオーブンで20分焼きました サクサクに焼けました✨ 次に、チキンを焼いていきます 下味をつけて焼くだけなのでとても簡単でした✌🏻 200℃のオーブンで30分〜35分焼く。 焼いている間にサラダを準備🥗 毎年作るリースサラダ。 お皿の真ん中にココットなどを置いてから盛り付けると綺麗なリースの形ができます✨ すぐに出来ました！ もう一品、トマトのカプレーゼ🍅 いつもはモッツァレラチーズですが、奮発して今日はブッラータチーズ🧀 塩、こしょう、オリーブオイルをかけたら完成! メインのローストチキンも焼き上がり、準備完了です 作業時間よりオーブンで焼く時間の方が長い、簡単なクリスマスメニューでした🎄🎅 今年もぶどうジュースで乾杯🥂 2024’s Christmas party dinner かぼちゃのミートパイ ハーブローストチキン ブッラータのカプレーゼ、リースサラダ🥗 手作りシフォンケーキ🎂✨ 今年の手作りクリスマスディナーも最高でした🌟 とてもジューシーなハーブローストチキン🍗🌿 ブッラータチーズもクリーミーで最高🥹 ブッラータチーズ今年は成城石井で買いました🫶🏻 ミートパイはクリスマスでなくても、ご褒美ご飯や特別な日のメニューにもおすすめです😋 夫もこのミートパイが1番美味しい！と言っていました✌🏻 お家で家族とゆったり過ごすクリスマスが1番好きです😊🤍 2024’s Christmas tea time お風呂後のケーキタイム🎂🤍 寝る前なので、ハーブティーとともにいただきます ふわっふわに仕上がったシフォンケーキ🎂✨初めて成功しました...！ 重たくないので、2人ですぐに平らげました😋 あっという間に終わろうとしている2024年。 今年も12月は本当に忙しくて、たくさん働きました。 働きまくっていたらあっという間に年末になりました。 年末年始は遊びつつも、ゆったりと過ごせたらいいなと思います🥰 皆さんも良い年をお過ごしください🫶🏻 今年も沢山のご視聴、ありがとうございました！ have a good year!
