Me and Michaela are here. We are lacking the third witch today.
She's left the reins to us. She's trusted us to come on our own.
Yeah, we've got Zev and Tiny in the back.
I'm doing my test to make sure I don't forget where I'm going.
What was it you said to me?
If you forget it, you'll never live it down.
It's him in there.
True, it looks like...
What is that?
Dance party, what?
Me and Michaela should never be left unattended.
Good morning, guys.
Another early start, as per usual with venting,
especially because there's two of us going and we're doing two different classes,
so it means that there's a bit of a gap between us.
And it's a two and a half hour journey each way, so it's going to be a long day today.
My alarm went off at five, so not horrific, but not the best.
I'm at Ash's yard now and I'm walking down to catch Zev.
Let's all pray he lets me catch him.
Sometimes he can be difficult,
especially because hopefully if I haven't got to bring the others in,
then they can stay out a bit longer.
So if he'll let me catch him, all will be well.
So just doing that.
Then I've just got to give him his brekkie,
load up the tack and stuff up there into the car,
roll his plaits and hope that they're intact,
and then go and pick up Izzy and Tiny.
Right, so now I think that they're getting something special.
Unfortunately, you're not boys.
You're going to stay out a bit longer,
although you might have to pretend I'm catching you so Zev will come.
Morning Maxi.
His plaits have actually stayed in not horrifically,
so I've just kind of made them look as best as possible.
Ain't that too bad?
We're all loaded up and ready to go.
Zev's got his boots on, aren't you?
He's very excited.
He's trembling a little bit.
I think from where he knows he's going out, don't you?
So we're going to get loaded up now
and then go and pick up Izzy and Tiny.
Obviously as well, we don't have Ashley or Kaz or Harry on the ground with us today.
Kaz and Harry are actually away at the moment.
Ash is getting quite pregnant now, so it's quite a lot for her.
And they've got to get a few more bits done to the house before the baby comes.
It is just Izzy and I.
We're going to try our hardest with the filming,
but obviously with only two of us on the, you know, there,
and plus the fact that we are both actually riding,
at the minute our dressage time is basically,
her dressage is the same as my show jumping at the moment,
so we're going to try our hardest, aren't we Zev?
I'm going to try and see if I can show jump earlier
because obviously I kind of need someone on the ground.
We're just going to see what we can do,
talk to the secretaries when we get there.
But yes, please bear with us for the filming.
We're going to try our hardest and hope to give you a good vlog.
The yard.
The rest of the boys are in.
Ready to go.
Someone's already weeded my trailer.
Someone's now just doing the poo.
The other one's done the poo as well.
And we are ready to rumble.
Morning, guys.
Me and Michaela are here.
We are lacking the third witch today.
Yeah, we're a witch now.
Yeah, we are a witch now, which is sad.
Ashley is not coming with us.
She is obviously very pregnant.
Yes.
And Broadway is quite far away.
It's about a two and a half hour journey for us.
Yeah.
Which is a long way to be sat in a car when you're seven and a half,
nearly eight months pregnant.
Yeah.
Also, the baby will be here soon, guys,
so they've got to get their house finished.
Yeah, that is actually quite a priority rather than coming.
At the moment it's a building site,
so I think that's more of a priority than coming to watch us play ponies.
So she's left the reins to us.
Ah, suddenly moved over.
She's trusted us to come on our own.
Yeah, we've taken her.
We've got Zeb and Tiny in the back.
Yeah, we have.
We're going to be nice and early,
which is not what usually happens when the Harrisons are involved.
So we're going to have loads of time, basically, guys.
We are feeling good, I think.
Are you feeling good?
Yeah, I am.
I'm excited, actually.
That's good.
Tiny went really well last time, two weeks ago,
so I think you'll have a good time today.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to it.
And yeah, we'll catch up with you guys in a bit.
We've arrived, guys.
We've arrived.
The boys are in here looking very cute and plaited up.
Zeb's a bit grumpy.
Grumpy as ever.
Trying to bite Tiny.
We are just going to whip their boots off.
They can stand in here and we're going to go walk the course.
We're just on our way to walk the course.
Me and Michaela should never be left unattended
because we've just walked past the shopping outlet.
We've already decided what we're going to buy.
Michaela said she needs a new bucket
because apparently horses drink more if the bucket is blue.
I saw it on Facebook, guys,
and obviously that means it's real.
If I buy it and Zebedee drinks today,
which she never really drinks at an event,
then we know the answer, don't we?
So yeah, we'll catch up with you guys in a minute.
Right, Michaela is the peach one and I am this.
Nice little house to start.
5A and 5B.
Now we're going from day to shade,
so something to be aware of.
Leg on.
I've got a nice brush ditch here
and then I'm copying out over to B over there.
I've lost Izzy because her course went in a different direction to mine.
So far, the course is good.
First couple of jumps, we're all just kind of like roll tops, houses.
Nice, easy, nice little brush.
And then when we got to jump four,
they start getting just a little bit more like 90 fences.
100 fences, they're mixed.
They're both the same.
So that's good.
It's also a bit more hilly here,
which will be good for me because that'll help with my time.
Just climbed the world's steepest hill.
This is my number eight.
And then we're going down to a combination.
This is the next combination on course,
a nice kind of tabletop log off to a,
I think that's a skinny, I don't think it's a corner.
Yeah, it'll be now that he'll start getting quick,
especially going downhill.
I've found from the last three events
that by the time I'm at halfway round
is when he starts just getting so excited
and he just gets faster and faster.
So a bit more of an upright rail.
So you don't really want to be coming into this with too much speed.
And we have just, we've climbed a big hill
and then we've actually just come down a very steep hill.
So number 12, bit of an optical illusion,
but shouldn't be a problem for us.
13A, going into the water, nice skinny house.
And I think just straight through.
Fence 15, a nice table to finish.
Then I believe that's it, finish line.
Right guys, we're now just walking.
Look at this guys.
When you come early,
you actually get time to walk your show jumping course.
Ashley doesn't believe in walking show jumping courses,
but we quite like to.
So here we are walking our show jumping course.
The nice number one.
Yeah, make sure we just set up.
Don't want to have the first fence down
because who's fault would that be?
Riders.
Yeah, I'll definitely trot into one
just because that's sort of what I've been doing.
And then, see how I was feeling.
Yeah, nice spread there.
Mikaela's walking the strides, I'm not
because I just sit and hope basically guys.
I'm walking them, but no real reason
because I won't count them when I'm on.
It's a bit bigger, so probably trot into that one.
Yeah, that's a bit of a difference from number one, isn't it?
Yeah, it is.
But you have gotten gradually bigger.
Yeah.
5A and B, a nice double.
Number seven, spread, got a lot up there now.
The back end's down, if that makes sense, if you need to.
I think, I just started recording.
Is that Haynet in your way?
Is it me?
You've got to get out, mate.
Do I walk?
It's got closer to the ramp to the side.
This side, he's not used to that, is he?
Right, so we've walked our cross-country courses
and the show jumping course.
The show jumping is actually lots of space in the arena,
which is quite nice because country course is nice.
Zeb is currently having his massage rug on.
Izzy is being top groom and doing his studs for me.
Basically, Izzy's my groom and then I'll be Izzy's groom.
It was such an early start this morning
that I just haven't been able to eat anything yet.
So I'm just, I actually stole from Ashley's fridge
a waifu because I actually just find them so easy
to eat slash drink
because you're kind of doing a bit of both at the same time.
So I am just going to have a little sip of my waifu.
I've gone for strawberry, actually.
I did, I actually, I brought two.
Sorry, Ash, because one for Izzy as well.
So I'm going to get ready and we'll get Zeb tacked up
and then I'll get on for my dressage.
I'm just going to run through my test as well
because I haven't actually been through it yet.
So I just need to make sure I know it all.
Makes looking all nice, putting that glove on there.
My gloves on, guys, ready for the ASMR.
My crusty gloves from sweat from, ready?
Score like that.
Dance party, what?
Baby, I don't want anything from you but some peace and quiet.
Don't stand in my way.
I'm already out the door.
Nothing you can say to make me come back for more.
I know I've tried seeing eye to eye, but it's been way too long.
You'll see red and start to lose your head when you get a little drunk.
So baby, I will pack up my things before you start a riot.
Baby, I don't want anything from you but some peace and quiet.
Get up, oh, just calm down.
Baby, I don't want anything from you but some peace and quiet.
When the ship all looks clear, I just got to get you a star.
Anything from you.
That was nice.
I'm sweltering.
It is hot.
It is so hot.
I didn't think they breathed the whole way around.
I thought that was actually quite nice.
Yeah, I thought it was really nice.
It's just the flies are bugging him so much, bless him.
Yeah.
He was just like, let me get the flies off, let me get the flies off.
Yeah, I mean, look at his head, he's covered.
I know, bless him.
What do you think, scores on the doors?
Um, what did you get last week?
28.
How do you think that went compared?
I just think it's so relative, it's so subjective, you just never know, do you?
I'm gonna go 29.2.
I was gonna say 29, so maybe I'll go 28.5.
Keep it interesting.
And we're gonna send your test to Ash.
You want it to be a 35.
Yeah, we'll send it to Ash and she's gonna see what she thinks.
All right, nice.
Oh god, that step's so little.
I know.
You should have brought the one out of the lorry.
I know.
Right, how are you feeling?
Sorry, Tony.
Very warm.
It's so warm, isn't it?
But good, just need to run through my tabs to make sure I don't forget where I'm going.
Yeah, perfect.
Yeah, clip your hat up, it's not very pony club of you, is it?
What was it you said to me?
If you forget it, you'll never live it down.
Okay, that's good.
Yeah, that's good.
I scored him yesterday and he was in absolute horror,
so normally that means he then feels quite nice.
That's good then.
I'm gonna tuck in your flash because that's really annoying me.
Let's try and keep it in tiny, shall we, mate?
Frustrating.
Oh, thank you, love.
Good luck.
Enjoy it, breathe, smile, tits and teeth.
I'm not the kind of person who is sentimental,
but this thing is making me soft, getting into my damn heart.
It feels like I am losing my grip, going crazy,
because this doesn't make any sense.
You've broken down all my defenses, no way back to the old me.
When I'm stuck here on planet X, I've become the person I've hated.
I don't know why, it's like a charge around us that just feels right.
Can't get my head around it, I can never hit the brakes.
Every time you touch me, babe, you send me right out into,
you send me right out into space, space, into space.
Every time you touch me, babe, into space.
Nice.
How did you think that went?
Um, yeah, I thought it was nice.
I think he went quite sweetly.
Yeah.
I'm not sure it was as nice as Elmer.
Yes.
I felt like he just anticipated things a bit more in this one.
Yeah, like he then jogged in the...
In the walk.
Went equally as nice, but I think in this one,
he just at times was just a bit more like anticipating it.
Yeah, yeah.
But it was still a lovely test.
Yeah, I'm very pleased with him.
He's coming out now pretty consistently.
Yeah.
So what do you reckon you got?
I think a 35.
Oh, I would have said about a 32, 33.
Okay, well, let's see who's right.
Let's see.
Go on, Mick.
Oh, I'm too close, that's why.
Makes all the difference, you know, guys.
Yeah, she's on.
Hold on to the reins.
Kayla's nearly getting crashed into here.
How does he feel?
He's jumping well.
Feeling good, yeah.
Yeah.
Glad for it.
Yeah.
Lovely.
That was good.
It was. I thought I had number six down.
I think I was very lucky there.
Jesse came around the corner a bit disunited,
and I think I should have pushed him forward to get out of it
rather than kind of take a check.
Yeah.
And it just then kind of messed his rhythm up a little bit.
In theory, I should have pushed forward to get him in his step
rather than kind of held back.
But actually, I thought it was a nice round,
then he got excited after that one because he tapped it.
He was like, whoa, wake up.
I think in general, though, like you had a nice forward canter.
Yeah, nice forward canter.
I thought it was it was a nice round, actually.
Yeah, me too.
So yeah, now for the fun part.
We're not happy with the step, Ash.
The step that we stole.
The step that we stole, we've borrowed it, but yeah.
I know, but I think you were taking swooping turns.
Remember, it's bigger in there,
so it's more time to create time.
No, I actually...
That side, he was just in a rhythm the whole time.
And I knew he was going to have that down
because I didn't have my shoulders back.
Yeah, and he just dropped his back leg a little bit.
Yeah.
And you almost did what I did.
You almost checked a bit too much rather than pushed.
Just let him, let it come.
Yeah.
Oh, he didn't look at one.
No.
Because I then thought, oh gosh, with the number four and number five,
you know, the ones with the fillers,
I thought, oh, is he going to?
And he literally didn't even look at it.
Yeah, I know.
Right, Mick is ready for cross country.
We're now a bit late because...
Just watch out, Mick.
Just stand there, babe.
So I'm coming to get you in a second.
I'm not going to leave you.
Oh God, I'm still filming.
You're going to have to cut that out.
I just called him a ****.
I don't think that's very PC, is it?
Right, ready to go.
I'm going to get shooting.
Yeah, and I'll meet you over there.
Yeah, I'd imagine I'll go quite quick, so.
Yeah.
See you on the other side.
Happy?
Smashed the time.
Well, I hope.
So that was good.
He looked amazing.
He came down that hill and he just wanted to accelerate.
Yeah.
He flew around.
He wasn't as smooth as the other one
because I was having to fiddle with his time a little bit.
Yeah.
So then he gets a bit deep into the jumps.
Yeah.
Just really put the brakes on downhill.
Let him go a little bit more uphill, but not quite as much.
Yeah.
Hey, smashed it.
Nice, goodbye.
I got 27.5.
I thought I said that.
I know, that's all right, isn't it?
Right, last one of the day.
It's been a long old day for us girls,
and we've got a two and a half hour journey home to do as well.
So we're trying to hope that Izzy can get on early, basically.
We want to do two cross-country for like 40 minutes.
40 minutes, but we're going to see what we can do.
They always do it by putting your name down, don't they?
Yeah, they say it's times, and then it's always you get down there and it's named.
Yeah.
Number on the board.
And we should also give a big shout out to the legend that's on the show jumping.
Yes.
I don't know his name.
Whatever your name is, you're great.
You and he watches the channel with his daughter,
so shout out to him and his daughter.
And both last week, last event at Elmwood and this weekend,
bless his heart, he has done what he can to slot me in,
because our times always coincide.
And bless his heart, he managed to squeeze me in earlier at 119.
So thank you so, so much.
Big shout out to you and your daughter.
I know, I wish I asked.
But thank you.
We really appreciate it.
Well, the bits I saw, he looked, obviously, he was a bit sticky here at the water.
There's a jump that's like you literally go through a tree.
Is that on that like half on the hill?
And he like got there and it's like dark.
Yeah, what is that?
And I just turned around, trotted up to it and he popped it.
Yeah.
I think after that, he then was like.
What was the second refusal?
But the rest of it looked good.
Yeah, because I was actually pleased because that water, people having nightmares.
Oh, yeah.
And you rode that really well, I think.
He went to be like, whoa.
Yeah.
And he listened to you.
And he was like, oh, right.
Yeah.
No, I think you rode the water really well.
He listened to you.
He was good because he was contemplating it.
And so you did that really well.
Yeah.
So I'm like disappointed, but actually that one under the tree.
Yeah.
On paper, not the best, but in terms of like.
And also, I think you should be really super pleased of his show jumping round.
Yeah, exactly.
And yes, OK, you had the two refusals on the cross country, but you cantered the whole thing.
He looked more confident.
And that's essentially what you're doing at the minute is your confidence building.
So we are going to have the odd refusal because.
Yeah, and I actually don't mind about that.
Like, it's all still.
That's like the second.
It's your second time out.
Yeah, this is it.
I get what you mean.
This is not.
It's frustrating.
That's the word, but I'm also like.
Proud at the same time.
So, yeah, that's good.
Good point.
Let's go and get him washed down.
Right.
We're on the way home, guys.
Homeward bound.
We're feeling exhausted.
It's half past five.
Good day around, I think.
Yeah, I think I mean, I had a great day.
I had a great day, guys.
I came second.
I did a 27.5 dressage and a double clear with no time fault.
So I actually am really chuffed with that.
And it's probably now the last one I'm going to do on Zeb because
I don't know if you know, but Ash is having a baby soon.
And you, Izzy?
Yeah, on paper, it doesn't look great, but I'm actually really pleased.
It's just important to focus.
God, the camera's got on my design.
Sorry, guys.
We're going uphill.
Don't put it like that.
Yeah.
Oh, no, you might just have to hold it.
I could hold it, but I can't.
Sorry, this is really chaotic.
We're exhausted.
God, that's really sweaty.
Very bumpy, guys.
I'm sorry.
I'm also concerned.
I think we did try and vlog a lot.
It is quite difficult when it's just two of us and we both are riding.
So we tried our best, guys.
I'm really sorry if it's not up to the usual standard.
A cross-country course where you couldn't really see a lot.
Yeah.
Hopefully we've got this good bit of content for you.
Anyway, my cross-country actually, on paper, didn't look great.
I had two stops, but I'm actually really pleased with him.
Especially, like, he went into the straight jumping.
So bold, cantered into everything.
I was really happy with that.
And then the cross-country, it was really nice.
Like, cantered into the first fence, cantered out of the start box.
And people, like, it was causing carnage.
People were having stops at fence three.
And he was really good.
He just flew that.
Yeah.
We just had an issue.
You go right up a steep hill and then you go on a jump, which is, like, through a tree.
You'll see it, I think, in my course walk.
It was quite a harsh jump, I think.
And he just, like, came up.
He went through the tree and he just, like, was a bit like,
oh, it's all quite a lot going on.
And I was really pleased, actually, because he came back round,
trotted it, popped straight over it.
And I'm like, that's all you can ask for.
It's all learning.
Like, that was quite a lot.
And I think for me as well, that's really important for my mindset to be like,
it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter if it doesn't all go to plan.
You still got round.
Also, my arm is dying.
And then I had another stop.
I think that then just, like, made him lose confidence a bit.
And I just had an annoying stop, which actually probably was my fault.
I just needed to get my leg on a bit more at just the simple rails.
I was really pleased because everyone was stopping at number three.
He popped that and the water was causing carnage,
even in the 1900s.
Yeah, even in mine.
It was causing carnage.
And actually, like, you'll see in the video because Mick was right there.
He sort of went and was looking a bit looky.
But actually at the jump, he then was really good and was like,
OK, I'm a bit looky, but I'm paying attention to what you're doing and I'm going to go.
So, yeah, I'm very pleased all in all.
Me and Michaela are now going to drive home while Michaela's driving.
We're probably going to just do the whole car ride home in silence
Yeah, we're not going to talk to each other.
We've got two and a half hours to go.
I just wanted to say a big shout out to everyone that came and made us feel so welcome.
So thank you.
Yeah, the girl on the grey who came and chatted to us.
I'm really sorry, I didn't even ask your name.
That's so rude.
But you were lovely.
So if we see you again, I'll ask your name.
I'm very sorry.
And I hope your country round went well.
Yeah.
But yeah, I think we're signing off, are we?
I think we should sign off.
Yeah, I'm chuffed.
Are you chuffed?
I'm very chuffed and I'm very tired.
I'm very tired and emotional.
And guess what, guys?
We'll see you for the next one.
That was so lame.
Let's turn it down and we'll just pretend.
Okay, well, Scott, you'll just have to put some like drum and bass music in behind that.
We've just stopped at the garage.
I've got a can of energy drink and Izzy's got a can of energy drink.
I drunk my juice in there.
I went first and they didn't ID me at all.
Izzy then went and they wouldn't let her buy it and asked her for ID.
Guys, there's only two years age gap between us.
Also, I'd like to clarify, you only have to be 16 to buy a Red Bull.
So anyway, I brought Izzy her Red Bull because he wasn't letting her buy it.
So I said, well, I'll buy it.
So we signed off.
We're signing back in.
Yeah, this is a little sneak extra.
You know, like when you watch a movie and then they have a bit of credit.
Half the credits, yeah.
If you've stayed this long, then, you know, well done, because I don't think I would have.
You've got more sanity than we do, that's for sure.
Right, bye guys.
