In-Ah decides to reveal to Hee-Joo that Sa-On is not the real son of the Baek family,
hoping to make Hee-Joo realize she is being deceived.
Despite knowing that Hee-Joo pretended to be mute for her sake, In-Ah genuinely cares for her.
As In-Ah observes Hee-Joo's growing feelings for Sa-On,
she decides to help by drawing the reporter's attention to Sa-On,
potentially exposing the Baek family's secret.
In-Ah uncovered Sa-On's true identity not solely from the document she received in the past,
it merely confirmed her suspicions.
She was the first to notice the discrepancies in Sa-On's appearance compared to the Sa-On she knew,
and she pointed this out to Jang-Ho.
This revelation shocked Jang-Ho, who then sought to silence anyone who knew the truth.
He orchestrated the accident that caused In-Ah to lose her hearing,
forced Hee-Joo to feign muteness, and led to their brother's death.
Chairman Hong eventually discovered Jang-Ho's role in the accident.
Before the incident, In-Ah had already told Chairman Hong that Sa-On's appearance
did not match the original Sa-On's, though he initially dismissed her concerns.
Later, he confronted Jang-Ho with the fact that Sa-On wasn't the real Sa-On,
which led Jang-Ho to beg Il-Kyung to conceal the truth and strike a deal that benefited Il-Kyung.
When In-A showed Chairman Hong the document confirming Sa-On's identity,
he was unsurprised, having already pieced together much of the truth.
After Sang-Woo rescued Sa-On, Hee-Joo rushed to the hospital,
deeply worried about Sa-On's condition.
During this time, Sang-Woo learned of Hee-Joo and Sa-On's marriage.
Sang-Woo is not the master, as he explained that Sa-On
kept Hee-Joo's identity as his wife hidden to protect her.
The master, on the other hand,
sought to make Sa-On experience the pain of losing something precious.
Meanwhile, Sang-Woo, who harbored feelings for Hee-Joo,
wanted to protect her from Sa-On, whom he distrusted.
Sang-Woo also searched for Jang-Ho's ring, but the master showed no interest in it,
as their focus remained solely on Sa-On.
Moreover, the master already knew about Hee-Joo and Sa-On's relationship through the real Sa-On.
A mysterious figure wearing a suit and white sneakers appeared,
possibly Sang-Woo, as he investigated the missing orphans.
However, the real perpetrator was not Sang-Woo, but Doo-Jae, the master.
Doo-Jae masterminded the events surrounding the real Sa-On.
He eliminated Sang-Hoon after Sang-Woo left
and also led Sa-On to discover a message left by the real Sa-On.
Upon waking up and learning of Sang-Hoon's death, Sa-On was devastated.
He felt as though his home was gone,
leaving him unable to return to the man who had raised him.
Realizing he had only Hee-Joo left,
Sa-On feared she would reject him if she discovered the truth.
Despite this, Hee-Joo accepted Sa-On as he was.
Empathizing with the fear and imprisonment he had endured,
which mirrored her own experiences.
This is also why Sa-On can't sleep beside others
as he is haunted by dreams of Jang-Ho drowning him.
Fearing that Jang-Ho might do to him what he did to the real Sa-On.
As Sa-On and Hee-Joo finally stood together, their future remained uncertain.
Especially with Kyu-Jin continuing her efforts to protect her son, the real Sa-On.
