I'm Adam Peaty, Olympic champion and world record holder and this is why I
choose the Eco Endurance Plus Brief. When I started out in this sport as an
amateur I always used to wear the Speedo Endurance Plus Brief for all of its
benefits. Now since I've teamed up with Speedo I wear it because it's
environmentally friendly. 53% of the fabrics are made from recycled materials
from oceans and landfills and as always is 100% chlorine resistant and is
quick-dry so I can use the suit two times a day.
I'm Adam Peaty, world record holder and Olympic champion and these are my top
tips for race day prep. My first tip on race day is to stay as neutral as
possible, don't get lost in the highs and don't get lost in the lows. My next tip
is nutrition, making sure that at least three days before you're working as much
as you can on those smaller details and fueling the body right. My final tip on
race day is making sure you're very very confident, as soon as you walk out you're
for a strong breaststroke pullout is making sure that you're grabbing as much
water as possible, from that nice top end position you're carrying that water all
the way through. My next tip for a strong breaststroke pullout is making sure
you're minimizing as much drag as possible. Breaststroke is all about
efficiency so we're in those end points making sure our shoulders are shrugged
so we can have a nice transition. My final tip for a strong breaststroke
pullout is as soon as you've done that transition making sure that momentum
carries through into that first stroke. I always like to get into that end
position and then kick into that first part of the race.
