✈️ 80 AWESOME TAKEOFFS & LANDINGS in 1 HOUR 🇨🇦 Vancouver Airport Plane Spotting [YVR/CYVR]

Vancouver Airport is Canada's second busiest airport and offers some outstanding vantage points for plane spotting. Along the northern runway, which is used primarily for landings, there's various hills and mounds inbetween the freight facilities that allow you to film over the fence and capture tremendous touchdown shots! Also featured in this video is some takeoff clips filmed at the aviation park located down the centerline of the southern runway.

Vancouver is home base for Air Canada. which operate their Asia/Pacific flights from, Iskwew Air amd Pacific Coastal Airlines. Along with that, its a operating hub for Flair Airlines and Central Mountain Air. Aside from the local and somehwta unique canadian airlines like Air North, Canadian North, Summit Air, there's a large amount of foreign airlines too, particularly from Asia and Europe. Notably Lufthansa's 747, Edelweiss' A340 and British Airways' A380.

I recorded this video over the course of 2 seperate spotting trips to Vancouver, one in October of 2023 and the other in July of 2022. I have included as much diversity of airlines, aircraft and different angles as I was able to obtain on both my visits to this awesome airport!
