Cruise ship stuck in Okinawa, Japan

a giant cruise ship MSC balissima docked at naha Port in okanawa is a luxury cruise ship with pools a theater and more than 2,000 cabins departing naha on December 6th carrying approximately 4,600 passengers and were supposed to tour ishigaki Island Taiwan and makako Island but people were confused we are very confused we have been stuck here for 4 days but there is no information on how long we will stay here and when I can return to Taiwan the cruise ship has been stuck and docked at naha Port for 4 days without being able to set off on its Journey as planned the cause was a technical problem that occurred on the cruise ship on December 6th a woman in her 40s who boarded with her mother spoke to us right after departure I looked out the window and saw that we weren't moving very fast like walking speed and then learned through the onboard announcement that the trip to ishigaki Island was cancelled around 10 p.m. I became anxious worrying about what to do if the ship start Midway after departing like this over 4,600 passengers on the cruise ship that hasn't moved from naha enjoyed meals shows and sightseeing in naha city but ultimately without being able to depart they face the final day of the tour today I signed up for for a cruise to uh visit you know uh various places but couldn't go anywhere and on top of that there was no full refund so I feel like asking for my time back I think it's a disappointing response another thing to worry about was the cost for two people including airfare to go back home is around 200,000 Yen I don't know how much will be refunded at the end the woman and her mother got off the cruise ship in the afternoon of December 10th and safely arrived home The Operators say they will refund the full Cruise fa
