United Defeat City! 💪 | Man City 1-2 Man Utd | Extended Highlights

It's in! It's brilliant! It's Manchester United in the lead on derby day. Incredible. Absolutely incredible. It's a foul from Bruno Fernandes. He was catching Bernardo Silva. And there were two red shirts converging upon the Portuguese. One of them was compatriot and captain Bruno Fernandes. And he just lunged a little too long. And the whistle goes in City's favour. Diogo Delo was just about to take him up. He did take his left foot first, didn't he? There's no real need for Bruno to do that. Foden. Doku. Haaland on the penalty spot. Doku looking to go alone. And striking the legs of Mesraoui, who once again is in the way. So far, he is a tricky customer, Doku. There's no question. But I think he'll be starting to get a little bit frustrated that he's not really finding any route past or around Mesraoui. We saw these two wrestling and grappling at the last corner. It's taken short by De Bruyne. Gundogan sells De Bruyne a little short. But the header is in. Back into the box towards Guardiola. And Manchester City lead on derby day. Yet again, it's another set piece. A short corner. And it did start the game. Manchester City didn't really pay off. But he's prone to a goal, isn't he, Guardiola? There's no two ways about that. He's scored a few already this season. But the worrying thing for Manchester United is that it's come from another ball into the box that they've not defended properly. I mean, there's wicked swerve on that, Ben. You can see it might take a bit of a deflection off Ahmed. But he's in between three players there. Hoyland, Deleux. And I think, is it Mesraoui at the back post as well? It is. And he's the one, Guardiola, that manages to get his head on it. And from that perspective, they've both jumped underneath it. And after playing so, so well for 36 minutes and keeping Manchester City at bay, they've conceded another goal from a corner, which is very unsatisfying for Ruben Amirim. Walker. Fernandes keeps up. Gundogan. Foden. Applying the squeeze. Some room here once again for Mateus Nunes. Deleux stays with him. City probing to end this first half. It's come here for Dohku. Dohku clips it towards that far post. Bernardo, the only player in blue there. He's now settled for Foden, who's done very well. And he squeezes his shot towards the far post. And Arna was down. And maybe just tipping around the frame of his goal. Martinez. Deleux. Fernandes. Let's have some room here, Bruno Fernandes. Ahmed with the head up. And Edison with a flying save. And that is United's best chance of the derby. Well, it's been the best moments of the game because the build-up to that. They kept the ball really well. They moved it from side to side. They had City chasing. And the gap opened up for Ahmed to spread the play and move us up the field. And he was on the end of that. Probably might have come back off the post, but Edison wasn't taking any chances. Best little spell of the game for Manchester United. Brilliant from Mazraoui. That's an excellent reverse pass. Fernandes. Wide. Agonisingly wide from United's captain. That's so unlucky. It's brilliant from Mazraoui. He's given away. And Edison has come here. And Ahmed takes his time. Ahmed. Surely a penalty. Surely it is. Careless from City. And Manchester United capitalise. And from 12 yards, they have the chance to level the derby. Wow. That's brilliant from Ahmed. If there was one person that you would hope could light up this Manchester derby for, the red half of it, it's really careless from Nunes. United's captain waits. Fernandes scores. Bruno Fernandes on derby day yet again. A leveller in the derby. And still time to play. Well, this is going to be a very, very interesting last, what you would say, seven, eight minutes probably. And they've deserved it, Manchester United. They really have. I don't think they've done a lot wrong on the day at all. And it's a really cool penalty. Look at that. Sends him the wrong way. It'd be unbelievable if they went on to win it. But they certainly, at the very least, deserve to be levelled. Ice cold from the skipper. Bruno Fernandes. It was a brilliant touch, that, by Manuel Agathe. Bringing it down out the air and then back-healing it and setting United off again. Oh, over the top towards Ahmed. Can he get there? He can. Ahmed, it's in. It's brilliant. It's Manchester United in the lead on derby day. Wow. Incredible. Absolutely incredible. I'm speechless. In the blink of an eye, Ahmed has done it for the Reds. And those in red were feeling blue not two minutes ago. And now they're on top of the world. It's sensational. It really is. It's absolutely brilliant. Is there anyone who deserves it more than Ahmed?
